This charming bungalow is one half of a duplex that has been completely renovated for your enjoyment! The sunlit interior offers high ceilings, wood floors, and new appliances. After fun-filled days exploring the coast, kick back for movie nights on the smart TV in the living area. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides all you need to create your favorite recipes. A gas grill creates another way to prepare delicious meals.

The shared outdoor space is appointed with wood-burning firepits and picnic tables, ideal for stargazing or dining al fresco. No matter the occasion, this wonderfully located retreat is just the beach spot you are looking for.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A double sofabed adds an extra sleeping option.
Streaming is available with guests' own account(s).
This vacation rental does not have heat.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
