The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the shed key is returned to the original place, and the shed door is locked
The two outside lights are always on. They only turn on during the night. Make sure to not turn the outside lights off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fire pit must be monitored at all times, fully distinguished when done. It's very hot so do not touch fire screen, use poker please..
Please lock all doors, windows, and shed when you leave the property.
Indoor fireplace not operational, do not use! No lighting candles.

When we travel we want our guests to feel appreciated so we try to supply them with most of the amenities from home. We try to make it enjoyable and relaxing for them when they stay at our home.

Why they chose this property

We chose the neighborhood because we love being by the lake. The boardwalk and lake are absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and walk is relaxing.

What makes this property unique

The distance to the lake makes it unique. People love using our bikes and kayaks. Our fenced in yard is perfect for pets and relaxation. We’re only a mile and a half from beach and restaurants.
