The apartment is located in a property on a slope away from the roads and noise. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen with kitchen unit and open dining & living area. Both bedrooms have quality double beds. One bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom with bath. Adjacent to the dressing room with spacious wardrobe is a TagesWC with shower. From the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view of the foothills of the South Tyrolean mountains. The garden is behind the house and is equipped with sun loungers and parasol.

À fantastic stay

We spent a wonderful week at Gert’s place. The house offers a lot of space and is very well equipped at all levels, including the kitchen where we find high quality materials and in large quantity. The balcony offers a magnificent view on the valley and the mountains and add another space for a meal. The house is also well located to discover the South-Tyrol region and the German roots presence. Gert has been very generous to share information with respect to restaurants and activities in the area. Definitively, if we are coming back in South-Tyrol, we will book the same house with no hesitation.

Gorgeous location & property!

We loved our stay here! The views of the surrounding vineyard & orchard with the mountain backdrop are stunning. This unit is up one flight of stairs from the parking area, but at ground level coming off of the front porch and deck, with access to a walking path through the vineyard and up the mountain side to a beautiful waterfall. The interior is spacious and well-decorated with a well-stocked kitchen and an espresso maker. There is also a third small bedroom with a twin bed and a crib, plus another closet. The washer/dryer was great to have! There are only a few windows with screens (& lots of bugs who would like to get inside!), but there is a fan which helped us cool off during the unusually hot weather (typically it is cooler, so not having air conditioning wouldn’t have been an issue). Gert was a fantastic host! He was nearby to answer questions about the property and gave us lots of great information about the area and his vineyard! The location is about halfway between Trento & Bolzano, which was great. We would definitely stay again!

Die Unterkunft war PERFEKT!!!Einmalige Lage und Aussicht, direkt im Weinberg. Um uns herum nur Weinreben und Apfelbäume.Die Unterkunft absolut schön eingerichtet, tolles Ambiente. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche war kpl. mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage in Südtirol. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und für Ausflüge in die Region der perfekte Start. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gab einen unkomplizierter Check-In sowie Check-Out und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und undunaufdringlich. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Bettmatratzen, die waren schon sehr durchgelegen und weich. Ist aber vielleicht auch Geschmackssache.

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Leider war der Garten nicht nutzbar, da überall Grassamen auf der Erde verteilt war. Unseren Gastgeber haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Es war niemand vor Ort, der uns die Einrichtung gezeigt hat. Nach telefonischer Nachfrage wurde uns nur erklärt, das der Schlüssel steckt. Es gab weder eine persönliche Einweisung noch eine Informationsmappe. Das WLAN Passwort haben wir auch telefonisch erfragen müssen. Wir hatten trotz allem eine schöne Zeit und sind gut ins neue Jahr gestartet.

Wir haben sehr erholsame Ferien in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, die für unsere Ansprüche hervorragend ausgestattet war, verbracht. Neben der herrlichen Lage und dem tollen Ausblick vom Balkon aus stellte diese Unterkunft einen perfekten Startpunkt für diverse Wanderung und Ausflüge in der Umgebung dar. Ein Ort, wo Entspannung garantiert ist!

Eine Woche war viel zu kurz, um unseren Aufenthalt bei unserem Gastgeber vollends auskosten zu können. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt dem Angebot und ist zudem weit überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Vom Geschirrtuch, Handtüchern, Toilettenpapier über Haartrockner, bis hin zu Waschpulver, Spülmaschinentabs, Gewürzen und Seife ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden. Auch die Betten sind hervorragend und im Wohnzimmer wartet ein Smart TV. Eine Kaffeemaschine der Extraklasse rundet die wirklich tolle Ausstattung ab. Auf dem traumhaften Balkon kann man als Frühaufsteher den Sonnenaufgang mit einer Tasse Kaffee begrüßen und sogar bei Regen noch, gut überdacht, draußen sitzen. Unser Gastgeber war jeden Abend für uns erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Selbst die Nachreise unserer Tochter stellte überhaupt kein Problem dar und kleinen Sonderwünschen unsererseits wurde überaus freundlich begegnet. Unser Aufenthalt war sicherlich nicht der letzte und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Umgebung lädt zum wandern und radfahren ein. In nur wenigen Autominuten ist ein Bahnhof mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen erreichbar, so dass Ausflüge nach Bozen oder Verona völlig stressfrei mit der Regionalbahn gemacht werden können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es, für Sportliche zu Fuß, über einen Weg nach oben im Ort Kurtatsch selbst, oder natürlich mit Auto oder Fahrrad auch in den Nachbarorten, wo es größere Supermärkte gibt. Auch kulinarisch gibt es viele tolle Angebote.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage.Gut ausgestattet. Einziger Minuspunkt, es gab außer dem Check in keinerlei Kontakt zum Vermieter für Fragen, wir haben ihn nicht einmal am Abreisetag mehr zu Gesicht bekommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in den Weinbergen

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dem schönen Anwesen mitten in den Weinbergen verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Sie verfügt auch über ausreichend große Kleiderschränke ... Besonders genossen haben wir den großen überdachten Balkon, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf die Weinberge, die Äpfelfelder und die Berge hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder in dieser Unterkunft unseren Urlaub verbringen, wenn wir nach Südtirol kommen. Kurtatsch ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Bozen und Meran sowie auch für Wanderungen. Vielen lieben Dank, Herr Pomella.

Umgeben von Weinreben und Apfelplantagen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage unterhalb von Kurtatsch war für uns optimal, um viele Ziele im südlichen Südtirol zu erreichen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den morgendlichen Spaziergang durch die Millastiege zum Bäcker im Ortskern. Dort findet sich auch ein super ausgestatteter Dorfladen. Begeistert waren wir auch vom Buschenschank des Weingut Gruber - nur wenige Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung von Herrn Pomella ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und bietet viel Raum zum Rückzug für Jung und Alt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick ins Etschtal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr schön geschnittene, toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge, trotzdem sehr gute Möglichkeit zum Relaxen auf dem Balkon mit schönem Ausblick auf die Ebene und die dahinterliegenden Berge.
