About this property

Modern and comfortable holiday home

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-family house that was completely renovated in 2019 and offers room for up to four people.
It consists of a large, open living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, a sofa with bed function, flat-screen TV and access to the private terrace and balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
Bed linen, towels and a covered parking space are available free of charge.
There is a bus stop just a few steps in front of the house.

Egna lies in the sunny Southern part of South Tyrol between vineyards and apple trees. The town center is characterized by its picturesque arcades. Walk, hike or explore the area by bike: Egna has something for everyone! For example, the bike path along the Adige is very beautiful. Hikers can enjoy the wonderful view over the south of South Tyrol on the nearby Trudner Horn or discover traces of prehistoric life in the Geoparc of the Bletterbach canyon in Aldein. Due to its proximity to Bolzano and the Val di Fiemme, Egna is the perfect starting point for excursions and leisure activities.
In summer there are several outdoor pools in the immediate vicinity, in winter there are various ski areas within easy reach.

Great place, host and facilities!

The welcome we got and communication with the host Elisabeth was great. It made us feel welcome before we even got there. The information provided on facilities/activities was also very helpful. The appartment itself was great: very large, clean, new and in perfect condition! A big wow! The only downside(and that is not something the host can influence) is that the activities in the area are quite weather dependent. Meaning, if it rains you have to drive quite a long time to find a nice place/activity to visit with kids.

Sehr moderne, schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Umlaufender Terrasse und tollem Ausblick auf die Berge Südtirols. Gelegen zwischen Bozen und Trient und nur ca. 1 Stunde zum Gardasee. Wenn wieder Südtirol, dann sehr gerne wieder dort. Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie eine tolle und gute Zeit dort.

Eine schöne moderne Wohnung. Ein großer Balkon und auch sonst alles was man benötigt für eine Ferienwohnung. Sehr freundlich ist auch der Empfang und die weitere Kommunikation gewesen. Für uns war alles Ideal.

Top Wohnung mit wundervollem Ausblick. Die Inneneinrichtung im Wohnzimmer könnte jedoch noch etwas aufgestockt werden (z. B. großere Couchecke oder Sessel), ausreichend Platz hierfür wäre vorhanden. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen.

Moderne, schöne Wohnung

Sehr saubere und moderne Ferienwohnung in einem Neubau. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Alles Wichtige an Einrichtungsgegenständen ist vorhanden. Positiv hervorzumerken ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer gibt. Einziger Tipp von uns wäre ein zusätzliches Möbel/Schrank in die Wohnküche zu stellen. Dann wirkt der Raum nicht so leer. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen... wunderschön! Mitten im Weinanbaugebiet bzw. Zwischen Obstplantagen hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht und kann auch das tolle Bergpanorama genießen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und steht mit Rat und Tat, sowie Tipps für Unternehmungen bereit. Im Hof gibt es ein kleines Häuschen, in dem unser Sohn gerne gespielt hat. Parkplätze stehen in ausreichender Anzahl bereit. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen...

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Fewo ist komplett mit funktionierenden elektrischen verstellbaren Rollos und leiser Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Alle Küchenutensielien vorhanden. Hervorragendes Badezimmer (vom Profi gebaut), Parkplatz direkt vor dem Objekt, Sehr , sehr saubere Fewo. an 3 Seiten großer Balkon, d.h. man kann sich Sonne bzw. Gerne wieder

Sehr sympathische Vermieterin. Guter Kontakt. Coole, gut ausgestattete, sehr gepflegte, großzügige schöne Wohnung. Schöner Ausblick auf die Weinstraße und Umgebung. Möglichkeit, auf drei Seiten der Wohnung die Terrasse zu nutzen, damit gute Wahl von Sonne oder Schatten. Viele interessante Ziele in der Nähe, alle sehr gut erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge also. Auch eine Bushaltestelle gibt es vorm Haus. Unserer Meinung nach ist es aber besser, mit dem Auto vor Ort zu sein. Eine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus ist vorhanden, auch im Ort findet sich immer etwas. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass die Straße vor dem Haus durchaus befahren ist. Durch die vielen Aufenthalts-Möglichkeiten und die wunderbar großzügige Wohnung sei das aber nur für besonders empfindliche Geister erwähnt und der eine fehlende Stern zur vollen Sterne-Anzahl nur zur Aufmerksamkeit gedacht: Wer direkt im Zentrum von Neumarkt oder ganz besonders ruhig wohnen möchte, ist hier vielleicht nicht der optimale Mieter. Wir fanden es klasse und würden wieder bei Elisabeth mieten wollen.

Eine tolle, hochwertige Wohnung

Unsere bisher beste Ferienwohnung, sehr großzügig und eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen! Besonders hat uns die große Fensterfront mit Blick ins Grüne gefallen, da hat man auch drinnen das Gefühl, draußen zu sitzen. Das geht auf der Loggia bzw. dem umlaufenden Balkon auch ganz prima. Sogar die in anderen Rezensionen angesprochenen, wünschenswerten Liegestühle stehen jetzt zur Verfügung! Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt, das war von Anfang bis Ende ganz prima! Danke für eine schöne Unterkunft in klasse Ausgangslage, so dass zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Auto alles schnell und gut zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schöne moderne sehr saubere Wohnung mit eigenem Zugang und ungestörtem Außen-/Terrassenbereich, leider ohne Liegestühle. Die Vermieterin ist wahnsinnig nett und unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit ihr war perfekt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Ausflüge aller Art sehr gut und auch den Ort Neumarkt kann man in einer Viertelstunde Fußweg gut erreichen. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung 😀
