This property had everything and more. It was very clean and had extra amenities that we did not expect. We loved the continental breakfast each day and the happy hour. The pool area was great. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an exceptional place to stay, it was updated and clean. The owners were very nice and you could tell that they wanted their rental to be homey and warm. I highly recommend this place!

Kevin and Heather were the most gracious host! Gorgeous property with private pool and hot tub, happy hour every day at 4, and so close to everywhere on the island. 1/2 mile from Mallory Square and 1/2 mile from the southernmost point. We will definitely go back!

Amazing stay!

This place was amazing and went above and beyond our expectations! The continental breakfast and happy hour were such a great experience! Everyone was so nice and communion was excellent! The place itself was very clean and had all the necessities! Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic time in the keys!

Key West Villas is a wonderful property just steps from Duvall. Kevin and Heather have thought of everything from a very comfortable place in the middle of Duvall to a happy hour every night and great complimentary breakfasts. We highly recommend this place on your next trip to the Southern point of the US!

Key West Fun

Great location & even better hosts. Our stay was so convenient to all that was happening on Duval St. And everyday they provided a great “Happy Hour”. Also, the pool & hot tub were excellent to just relax & talk about our day or what our evening was going to look like!

Perfection!

You could ask for nothing more at Kevin and Heather's villas. Every need is met - breakfast, snacks, daily happy hour. Villa was comfy, beds were comfy, pool was gorgeous and hot tub was warm and inviting. Plenty of friendly neighbors to talk to at the hot tub nightly or on the front porch at breakfast. Heather and Kevin made my 60th birthday trip special - they even did a birthday cake shot for Happy Hour! Loved our short time there and hope to go back next year.

Highly recommend!

We had never been to Key West so didn't really know where to stay. This place is just half a block from all the action, but quiet enough for you to also relax. The owners are attentive but also let you have your space if you like. There is a pool and hot tub, happy hour every day, and a porch or patio for you to sit on. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Continental breakfast and snacks available too during the day! Everything was easy to walk to. I would definitely stay here again!
