About this property

Family-friendly 2-room apartment with bath, living room and open kitchen

The apartment on the first floor of our charming guest house Berlin offers you very good transport links and proximity to the city, but also peace and relaxation in the "green". You live in a 2-room apartment. The living room is furnished with a comfortable large sofa bed and an open kitchen. The highlight of the living room is the large window front over the entire length of the room with a view of the garden and the parquet floor. The spacious bedroom for four people is divided by a partition to create more privacy for you. On one side of the room there is a large double bed, the other side of the room is equipped with two single beds. The bedroom also has parquet flooring and offers enough storage space. The spacious bathroom with a large window has a bath. All rooms have been renovated and renovated. On the south side of the 2-storey beautiful brick house (built in 1903) is the garden, which you can of course use. Seating under wild wine invite you to linger. Younger guests are also very welcome to play in the garden.

The proximity to S-bahn and accessibility to the Centre is great.The kitchen facilities are very good for a short stay. Some items could benefit from renewing, e.g. towels and kitchen drying rack.We could not find instructions for the TV and seemed there was signal reception issue.The communication with owners and the check-in process were perfect. Everythi g worked well and as planned. Thank you.

Thank you Maja for all your help during our stay when personal catastrophe struck. A great property so close to shops which are more cost effective than those more central. Walking distance to some really nice areas within the vastness of Berlin. Bonus point for the red squirrel and jays on the trees outside.

Beautiful place with real easy access to train station

Wonderful experience - Mark & Maja responsive to all my questions & willing to help make stay perfect! Amazing location and easy access to transit. Hosts answered our questions quickly and clearly. Would definately recommend. Keep in mind that you have to be able to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs and the bathroom has a tub and a hand held shower that does not attach anywhere.

Great Apartment near Excellent Transit Options

This clean, roomy apartment was an excellent choice for us. Our son is in the Kreuzburg neighborhood of Berlin and this was an easy bus ride to his apartment. It was also right next door to the Sudkruez train station for easy access to the city center.

Perfect in every way

Accommodation was spotless, spacious, clean and very easy to find. The location is literally a 3 min walk to the station with connections all around Berlin including a direct train ride to the airport. There is a supermarket at the station which served us well. Most important is the hosts. Mark and Maja were extremely helpful and provided local information to make our trip easy. Very friendly and very responsive. We would certainly stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Peaceful yet super convenient retreat

Maja and Mark are very responsive and prompt to every need/question. The location and quiet of the property are ideal being just one block from the light rail train, a taxi stand, a grocery store, drug store, and numerous quick food places and coffee places. The view of our particular flat out the living area consisted of beautiful tree tops. We would stay again here and were so delighted with this flat. Thank you Maja!

Perfect Berlin Family Exploring Stay

We loved our stay at Maja and Mark's Berlin apartment! The space was great for our family of two adults and two children. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. Every detail was clearly perfectly planned. The space was so clean. Communication was stellar and we were able to personally connect with our hosts upon arrival. It is conveniently located near the train and shops. We loved our first stay as a while family in Berlin and would love to return and stay again!! Clean and Bright!

We stayed for 4 nights at this lovely, bright apartment in April 2024 as part of a 3 city European trip. The apartment was so clean and spacious, the photos in the listing didn't do it justice! The high ceilings and big windows made it so bright. It had everything we needed, including much needed laundry facilities in the basement. Being less than a 5 minute walk to the train station was extremely convenient. The grocery store, pharmacy and other conveniences are also located in the train station. I would recommend this apartment for families who want a comfortable place to stay with all the modern conveniences and ease of traveling around Berlin.

Wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles ist da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt beim Bahnhof Südkreuz und hat dort auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, DM,...).Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
