In the small village of Kunj, about 6 km from the town of Labin and the east coast, where there are wonderful beaches, you will find this vacation home with pool. Comfortable interior with all rooms on the first floor, ensuring a stay full of amenities. The outdoor area is dominated by the outdoor pool and the covered terrace, which invites you to sit together. Discover the peninsula its picturesque towns, such as Labin, Porec and Rovinj, which invite you to various summer events. We also recommend a visit to Rabac, from where you can start a boat trip and in this way get to know the coast of Istria. We would like to point out that part of the access road is not asphalted.

Check in, check out, hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Gute Verständigung auf Englisch. Haus ziemlich abgelegen, so wie von uns gewünscht. Zum Gassi gehen ok. Da die Straße doch ziemlich häufig befahren ist muss man achtgeben.Der Garten ist perfekt für Hunde, sauber und eingezäunt.Da wir erstaunlich kalte Tage hatten waren wir sehr froh über unseren Kamin mit dem man auch die restlichen Heizkörper heizen konnte.Inneneinrichtung sauber und schön. Eine bessere Cappuccino Maschine wäre cool und Topper auf den Matratzen die doch recht hart waren.
