About this property

Hi, we are Tim and Margo. We bought our home for our future retirement. We will be renting it out 6 months a year and using it ourselves for the other 6 months until we can retire here permanently. This year our home is available from Mid April to mid November. We are .2 miles to a local favorite beach called Baby Beach and 2 miles to Kaanapali Our home was built in 2020 and is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for someone who wants to work remotely from one of the most beautiful tropical islands in the world.
