This fabulous meticulously remodeled (recently) extra large one bedroom TWO bath villa (1300 square feet) is located within the Kapalua Bay Villa premier oceanfront complex. This villa, (significantly larger than ALL one bedroom level villas in the resort), is situated oceanfront and will provide discerning guests with a luxuriously furnished contemporary retreat incorporating all the finest amenities (crown molding, mahogany doors, slab granite, slab limestone, rain shower etc.). Throughout the villa the designer furnishings are accented by original artwork from the owners private collection. Numerous windows oceanfront provide for fabulous views. One can watch the whales and kite surfers from the gourmet kitchen or as you enjoy your morning coffee while seated in the dining room, sun room, living room or out on the lanai. The warm ocean breezes and gentle trade winds make for an always comfortable visit.

The kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream with all stainless steel appliances: Subzero refrigerator, KitchenAid stove/oven, Bosch dishwasher, granite slab counters and backsplash including all the utensils you will need to create that special meal.

To make your visit as comfortable as possible, top of the line bedding as well as a down comforter, L'Occitane and Molton Brown bath products and luxurious linens will ensure a wonderful night's sleep...even after a hard day of snorkeling, playing tennis/golf or hiking. A four poster king size bed highlights the bedroom with a large wall mounted flat screen TV for your pleasure. There are also individually controlled ceiling reading lights for your convenience.

The oversized ensuite bathroom provides you with a double vanity and custom cabinetry covered with luxurious exotic oyster shell limestone. The huge rain shower is accented with a lighted niche and bench seat. The under counter vanity lighting and under bench seat lighting provides beautiful night lights which compliment the clean lines exhibited within the master bathroom. In addition to the master bath there is an additional bathroom and shower accessible from the main living area.

The well lit expansive living room includes a large wall mounted smart flat screen TV, ample seating for six and a desk. There is also a sun room with two additional lounge chairs, a tripod mounted spotting scope and walls of glass perfect for watching the ocean activity.
