Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure Living Room AC/Heater is on and set to auto. Keep temp set to 75 Summer/65 Winter.
Bag and remove all trash. Place in outside trash bin.
Lock the doors and windows. That is it, thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
