Welcome to Creekside Holler, a modern North Georgia retreat designed for wine weekends, quiet escapes, and cozy mountain memories. 2 private wooded acres, this Creekside home features a private sauna, indoor fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, EV Level 2 charger, king suite, and peaceful outdoor space.

Spend the day exploring nearby wineries, orchards, trails, and mountain towns—then come home to unwind by the fire, listen to the creek, or reset in the sauna

The property is secluded in the most-rear portion of the Vineyard at Yukon neighborhood in Talking Rock Georgia. From Chateau Meichtry, and community main gate, expect a 15 minute car ride through the neighborhood. There is not a back entrance on Price Creek Road. You must use Google Maps or Waze to reach the property, Apple Maps is not updated.

Downtown Jasper is 30 minutes (18 miles). Downtown Talking Rock is 25 minutes (14 miles). Downtown Ellijay is 25 minutes (14 miles).

While enjoying a lake-side view at Mistletoe State Park during Meghan's birthday getaway (in the family pop-up camper tent), we got talking to a camping host. Understanding that they traveled from park to park for months at a time with no mortgage, no power bills, no water bills - while enjoying nature at it's best, got Meghan and I thinking "We could Definitely do this!". Driving home that weekend, with a new born and a pile of debt, we sold everything and bought a 37' double bunk camper and lived in it full-time for a year. What a journey, and no more debt!

Since then, we've built a tiny-shed from Home Depot and turned it into a home (look up "Lucido Home Depot Shed Debt" story on google), built our forever dream home, sold our dream home, currently own a home in Dawsonville, and now are proud owners of a small rental home in Talking Rock, GA.

Creekside Holler is our opportunity to bring back joy into the community. Your opportunity to reconnect with nature and family.
