About this property

Villa "Ladine". In the centre of Barcarès village, 300 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach. Private: garden, swimming pool angular, heated, fenced (3 x 7 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 600 m, bakery 500 m, café 600 m, railway station "La Franqui" 25 km, nudist beach 16 km. Sports harbour 3 km, tennis 5 km, minigolf 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand de Port Leucate 5 km, Reserve Africaine de Sigean 41 km, Fort de Salses 20 km, parcours aventure 4 km, Perpignan 25 km, Barcelone 215 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang de Leucate ou Salses 7 km, Lac de Villeneuve de La Raho 28 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du guetteur 8 km, la forteresse de salses 15 km, Sentier du littoral Collioure 40 km.

We visited Les Barcares during 10 days. Family beach. The house correct. Good climatization and pool. Terrible beds and old furniture.

Ferienhaus Villa Ladine

Sehr schönes Haus, schöner Garten, toller Pool, gerade bei viel Wind (ist häufig in der Region) ist der Wintergarten sehr vorteilhaft, die Lage ist TOP und ruig (10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen/Strand/Ortskern. Leider waren die Matratzen vollkommen durchgelegen.
