Rustic, simple single-family house "Italo", surrounded by trees. In the hamlet San Pantaleo 1.5 km from the centre of Zoagli, 5 km from the centre of Rapallo, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: terraced garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden. Garden furniture. Motor access to 150 m from the house. 150 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 250 m on the road. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 600 m, rocky beach 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Chiavari 7 km, Sestri Levante 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
2-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2024, practical and rustic furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Kitchen in the entrance (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Boiler (120 litres). TRES BELLE mais accès difficile

Cette maison est très belle et très bien située, bien équipée, beau jardin, terrasse avec vue sur mer, ... son seul problème est son accès par un chemin en pente raide semi-empierré, il faut penser à limiter le poids de sa valise avant de partir !!! de même la route pour y monter est très pentue et étroite et il faut se garer sur le bas-côté assez loin de la maison. Le bien-être de ses locataires ne semble être une priorité pour le propriétaire ...

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Aussicht entschädigt die 150 m Fussmarsch. Der Garten mit seinen Oliven, kaki, limettenbäumen, Thymian, Lorbeer und Salbei ein Traum für jede Hausfrau;)die Inneneinrichtung ist altmodisch, aber hat alles was man braucht. vielleicht mal bißchen ausräumen;) ansonsten haben wir es nur zum schlafen benutzt. Und einen Zaun ums Haus! Wir hatten jeden Abend ein Wildschwein zu Besuch.

Perfecte vakantiewoning! Schitterende, rustige ligging, op loopafstand van het idyllische dorpje/strand van Zoagli. Wel een pittig looptochtje overigens, aangezien het bergaf en bergop gaat. Maar voor de rest: prima huisje!

La casa del nonno !

Pienamente soddisfatta, mi son sentita come da piccola a casa dei nonni. Arredata con stile, un bel panorama circondata da ulivi e vegetazione mediterranea, lontana dal caos cittadino, ho trascorso 10 giorni senza nessun problema. Ho apprezzato inoltre l'accoglienza e la serietà del responsabile delle chiavi, puntuale e disponibile. Tutto bene, e per fortuna anche il tempo ! Grazie.

Unbezahlbare Lage

Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was es braucht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist unbezahlbar und entschädigt für den Ab- und Aufstieg (ca. 20 Minuten Treppensteigen) vom Meer her. Für Personen, welche nicht trittfest sind, ist diese Unterkunft nicht ideal. Vom PP her muss man ebenfalls einige Treppen im Angriff nehmen bis zum Haus. Uns hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Auch der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Terrasse im Olivenhain mit Meerblick

Wunderbares Häuschen in phantastischer Lage, 150 m über dem Meer und umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Dank Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer angenehm. Die etwas antike Einrichtung ist sehr romantisch und absolut ausreichend. Die hier öfter beschriebene steile Zuwegung ist für die Region typisch und in den Oliventerrassen sehr reizvoll. Für Menschen mit normaler Kondition ist die Treppe vielleicht anstrengend aber problemlos zu bewältigen (nicht in hohem Alter, mit schwerem Koffer und Badelatschen).

Wohlfühleoase

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist „Ur“-italienisch mitten in den Olivenhainen mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer. Man sollte wissen, dass die letzten 200 Meter über einen steilen Weg zum Haus führen. Dieser ist nur zu Fuß passierbar. Koffer, Lebensmittel usw. müssen runter und wieder hoch transportiert werden. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Urlaub.

Leider nicht so, wie in der Ausschreibung

Das Haus ist weder mit dem Auto noch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr steiler, teiweise unbefestigter Weg, schlecht oder gar nicht beleuchtet. Ausstattung im Haus war mangelhaft, erinnert mehr an ein Heimatmuseum, sogar der Korkenzieher war antik und nicht zu gebrauchen, und das in Italien! Zum Selbstversorgen fehlte die Grundausstattung in der Küche.

Nice home with great view!

Fijn huis op een mooie locatie, we zijn erg goed ontvangen door de eigenaar voor de overdracht. De 2 airco's zijn zeer prettig hierdoor is het lekker koel binnen. Om bij het huis te komen moet een flinke trap worden genomen maar dat heb je gelijk wat beweging elke dag!
