We’re excited to welcome you to our mountain condo located in the heart of Winter Park Resort’s Base Village!

Our 5th-floor unit offers stunning views of the mountains, the new village, and the Amenities Deck below. Just a short 200-yard walk brings you to the 10-person Gondola chairlifts and to the Village of Winter Park.

The Village at Winter Park Resort offers a charming mountain experience with everything you need in one place. Enjoy a variety of local shops, cozy cafés, and delicious dining options—all nestled at the base of the slopes. Whether you're grabbing a morning coffee, shopping for mountain gear, or relaxing over dinner, it's all within easy reach.

Condo Highlights

KITCHEN:
Unlike many other one-bedroom units at Founders Pointe, ours features a full kitchen—not a kitchenette—complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Fully stocked and ready if you choose to cook in!

BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
The bedroom features a comfortable KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM:
The entertainment center features a 36-inch LCD flat-panel TV and an XBOX ONE, perfect for gaming or streaming your favorite shows. Relax in style with a brand-new, luxurious Italian sofa and armchair. Plus, enjoy the new Italian queen size sleeper sofa provides great support and a comfortable good night sleep. During the snowy winter months, cozy up by the warm gas fireplace—perfect after a day on the slopes.

Don't forget to enjoy our balcony with sweeping views of mountains, the resort, and the beautiful enormous hot tub!

BUILDING & AMENITIES:
Enjoy the brand-new Amenities Deck, completed in March 2025, featuring an enormous hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ grills—perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day of adventure!

* Please be aware that its availability is not guaranteed. Sometimes, the hot tub maybe under repair or maintenance.

PARKING:
Our building offers the convenience of an underground heated parking garage—no need to unload in the cold or scrape snow off your car during the winter months. Parking is $24 per day during the ski season, with no daily parking fee during the non-ski season.

Please note: There is no free outdoor parking available at any time. Most outdoor parking does not allow night parking.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and Hue was very helpful. The location is fantastic, ~200 yd walk to the new Gondola lift. Hue even made sure that the coffee pot that was accidentally broken by the previous guest was replaced as we arrived. We highly recommend this property for an enjoyable Winter Park stay!

My son and I rented this condo for a 3 day / 4 night father/son trip. Everything is exactly as described, it's in a great location and is well stocked. The pull out couch was even comfortable! Good cable and streaming options too. We'd stay here again for sure.

This property was everything listed and more! Communication was great and it worked out for us to check in early, with a minimal fee. It is well-equipped, just a bridge away from the village, Starbucks, restaurants, and the Gondola. It was a great space for 3 or 4 people.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location, the indoor garage and ski lockers made skiing with our two boys so easy. I have stayed in this condo multiple times and it's wonderful as always. Very clean condo, great view, hot tub is fantastic, property is always easy to access, parking is always plentiful & heated, the owner is amazing. Full kitchen for cooking. Nice property. The hot tub was very nice and the walk was accurately advertised to the Gondola. The owner was extremely helpful with a small checkin issue we had. The downsides for me was that it had hardwood floors everywhere and I prefer carpets. It also was a bit cramped for a family of 4.

My husband is a big fan of skiing. He started our kids since they were 5 years old. My son now loves skiing, and we find ourselves coming back to Winter Park a couple times each winter. Winter Park is only a short drive from Denver airport. The mountain is easy enough for the beginners and challenging enough for the experts. Besides the great snow and skiing, what we like most about Winter Park is the friendly people!
