The location of the property was fantastic-walking distance to the gondola, restaurants, and coffee! The hot tub was amazing. We used it morning and evening. It was very clean and well taken care of. The host provided clear instructions approximately one week in advance of our stay. We really enjoyed our long weekend in the mountains. I regretted not bringing my mountain bike. I will bring it next time we stay!

Such a great stay! You can’t beat the location across the street from the base. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the host even messaged us to remind us to bring waffle mix for the waffle maker. We will be back!

I was an exhibiting artist at Winter Park's Alpine Art Affair art show. The studio suited our needs as a place to eat, shower and sleep at a reasonable no frills price. My only concern is that other studios in the area have had full size refrigferatoirs and stoves. This studio had a motel-size refrigertator and only a stove top range without an oven. Plan your meals accordingly. Other than this I would have given 5 stars across the board if it had been mentioned in description. This place has a super large hot tub! I would stay here again.

Our family welcomes you to our weekend get-away. Winter Park is a great place to relax and enjoy Rocky Mountain hospitality. Best bump skiing in North America (Skiing magazine said it!). Make sure to check out Trestle Bike park and summer activities after ski season.

What makes this property unique

There is something so relaxing about parking the car in the Founders Pointe garage at the start of the holiday, and not getting behind the wheel until departure. Somehow not using a car makes the vacation seem longer to me; I hope you will have a similar experience. In the morning it is a 3 minute walk to the Zephyr lift from the condo lobby. After returning from a satisfying day of skiing and soaking in the outdoor hot tub--same floor as your condo (kids love its island)-- you will find numerous restaurants, massage/spa, and gear stores equally close and inviting.

Travel from DIA to Winter Park: 1. car rental 2. Home James shuttle. 3. Amtrak train amtrak.com/WinterParkExpress

From the condo, local shuttle bus is available.. to arrange local transportation.
