Renovated to the highest standards, the home boasts granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, hardwood floors, and gourmet kitchen. The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite full bathrooms. The master and 2nd bedroom look out on the turquoise Bahamian sea and have French doors that lead onto a spacious deck. Other amenities include pool, and tennis court.

This is me with my family on the beach right outside the property. We live in the UK but love to get over to Grand Bahama as often as possible - if you've experienced the weather in the UK then you'll understand why!
Why they chose this property
We rented this property in March 2008 and found it so perfect that we bought it a few months later. We love the property, it's location and the beautiful island of Grand bahama. We enjoy the wonderful feeling of relaxation and security.
What makes this property unique
Although only 30 minutes flight from Miami or Fort Lauderdale Grand Bahama feels like a different world. The pace of life is relaxed and you can feel the stress falling away from you as soon as you arrive. Every time we arrive at the villa and step out onto the deck we still go 'wow' at the spectacular view of the turquoise view of the ocean, just steps away.
