Ski in and a short walk out at our family dream condo. Enjoy private covered parking, indoor spa, 20k sq ft common area and a newly remodeled condo to get you the advantage over all commuters!
The Space:
This is a STUDIO condo completely remodeled (comp. end of 2024). It has a queen Murphy/couch combo with folding coffee table and a Murphy bunk bed for the kids or even your best friends too (yyyyep!). The space creatively converts from bedroom to comfortable living and dining room within a few minutes of conversion. The bathroom remodel has refreshing dual zone shower with rain head and amazing water pressure. I’m really proud of the how the cedar, tile and glass sink elements design came out!
Guest Access:
1 private parking space in basement garage. Elevator from inside garage to condo without having to load or unload gear in the weather.
Luggage carts located outside elevator on 1st floor.
Other Things to Note:
Commons space has several areas to relax and enjoy company by the fire. There is a public restroom in the area as well.
The spa is located inside the common area and you don’t need to go outdoors at all from the condo for access. It is open during the primary ski season only typically… sometimes in the summer months during holidays, but is hit or miss depending on building management availability.
The thermostat is only available during peak winter season, heat is by fireplace when boiler is off.

We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of your booking (available thru Airbnb) if you have concerns about refunds due to travel disruptions. Kirkwood is a mountain town and can get a large amount of snow during the winter season. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
