Pristine location in Pass A Grille Beach, three blocks from the Don Cesar resort. Newly renovated 3/2 with upscale finishes, gorgeous living space, beautiful screened in porch and back patio , fenced yard with beautiful landscaping and steps away from the beach. This area of St Pete Beach is historic and very serene—not crowded with spring breakers or rowdy groups. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, you will find fun, active living where tranquility abounds. Wonderful restaurants, water activities, biking and walking options. Or just sit in the Adirondack chairs provided on the beach and watch the waves roll in and the spectacular sunsets. Accommodates a maximum of 6 guests for the entire stay . Smoking and pets are not allowed .

Great location for a quiet beach

Property was in great shape, looked new. We loved the sunroom. Great location, steps to the beach that was excellent and not crowded even on Memorial day weekend.

Great stay!

The house is fabulous! Perfectly appointed, decorated, and super clean like a brand new house. Perfect amount of space for a small family. Everything as described and needed was there! Owner was quickly responsive and accommodating! Absolutely loved this stay!

The perfect spot

Our stay was for a graduation in Tampa with 6 family members coming from multiple spots. Both the house and the beach were just perfect. The house had a wonderful cottage vibe, well decorated and stocked-- and was steps from a pristine beach. The beach sunsets were glorious. We would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect family beach location

Away from the bustle, this house was perfectly located for a family vacation with our kids plus grandparents. The beach is very quiet, just right for letting the kids roam freely while adults relaxed in the Adirondack chairs. The beach wagon at the house made getting to and from with supplies a snap. The house is tastefully and beautifully decorated with just enough decor to feel homey but not cluttered. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything we needed and the propane grill was a nice bonus. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit Florida.

Absolute Beachside Gem!

We have been traveling to the Florida gulf for over 20 years and have stayed in dozens of properties over the years. This was the best of all those experiences. The owners were professional and accommodating, and the house was even better than described. The house was newly renovated, sparkling clean, and there was not a detail that was overlooked. They have maximized the use of the property to include a lovely picket-fenced garden with a swing, a private side patio with a grill, and a restful, large screened in porch with an overhead fan. It was the perfect location — on the more peaceful and residential side of the island, but within walking distance to the Don Cesar restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, pharmacy, and other shops. We rented a golf cart to drive around the island, and made the 1 or 2 minute walk to the quiet white sand beach with our three kids, ages 4, 16, and 20. We made the 20 minute drive twice to St. Petersburg to visit the Dali Museum and the new St. Pete Pier. All in all, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you for a lovely stay and family memory.
