With a private pool, breathtaking waterway views, and luxurious amenities, your perfect vacation begins here.

Upon entering the home, you’ll find a cozy bonus room, complete with a large sofa and walkout access to the pool area—perfect for the younger guests or a quiet retreat. From here, stairs lead to the second floor where you'll be greeted by a bright and open living space. The gourmet kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar, is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy in the large dining area. The living room flows seamlessly to a large balcony where you can relax and take in spectacular views of the waterway—ideal for spotting dolphins and other local wildlife. Whether you’re dining al fresco or unwinding in the shade of the trees, this space offers the ultimate in outdoor living.

This level also features two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms—one with a king bed, and the other with two separate bunk beds. A full bathroom completes this floor.

On the top level, you’ll find a third guest bedroom with a queen bed and the luxurious master suite. The master suite boasts a king bed, a cozy sitting area with a TV, and a private balcony offering direct views of the waterway. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and designed for relaxation.

Important Information:

- This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.

- Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

- A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.

- Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
