Welcome to our home! We love Brian Head and know you will too. Brian Head is an all season resort with something for everyone. Every window of our condo has an incredible view of the meadow, the beautiful new lake, and the mountain. You can ski, walk, or take the shuttle to the lifts of both mountains. It is an easy walk to the mall with local shops and a few restaurants.
Our condo has just been updated with fresh paint and new flooring, and updated lighting throughout the entire condo, a complete expanded kitchen remodel with new cabinets, appliances and granite countertops, both bathrooms have been updated as well with granite countertops, new sinks and toilets. The living room features leather full motion furniture. Both the couch and the chair recline with the push of a button, stop where ever you like. The dining room table has a granite Lazy Susan in the center and the leaves fold up making this square table for four into a round table for eight (an extra table and 4 chairs are in the condo). Need more dining space? Seat three comfortably at the kitchen counter. The primary suite has a king bed. The on-suite bathroom has both a tub and shower. The sink and dressing area are just off the bedroom (blow dryer and curling iron included). The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. These beds have memory foam mattresses. A separate sink area and full bath are just across the hall (blow dryer included). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, coffee pot, crockpot, toaster, blender, popcorn popper, mixer, spices, and a variety of pots and pans. Since this is our home away from home, we have included the things we expect in our own home.
The large hot tub is a great place to unwind and make new friends after a long day of playing in the great outdoors. The kids will love fishing in Bristol Cone Pond. Our building is the closest to the pond. Every window has a view of the pond and the lift to the Navajo Area. There is a walking trail around the pond and a new playground for the kids or the kid in you. The famous, Brian the Bear, is also on the playground. You are within driving distance away from Utah's Mighty Five National Parks making this an ideal base camp for your adventures. Brian Head is known for not only the great skiing but also the incredible system of mountain bike trails. There are snow mobile rentals in the winter and ATV rentals in the summer for you to enjoy.

Why they chose this property
Our family has been coming to Brian Head since 1964. We learned to ski here and to love the snow here.
What makes this property unique
Brian Head is a great getaway. Sometimes we come here to get away from it all. Sometimes we use it as a base camp to explore by car or motorcycle (rentals available in Hurricane, UT) Zion and Bryce National Parks and rarely do we miss Cedar Breaks. It is perfect for four wheelers (bring your own or rent in Brian Head) or fishing at Navajo Lake or Panguitch Lake.
