We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, the amenities were great, and the location couldn’t be better, close to downtown and the University of Tennessee campus for game day. It was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends. Highly recommend!

We ended up staying at another of the owner’s properties due to a double booking. I had never had that happen before. The owner did everything possible to alleviate a stressful situation. The home we stayed in was beautiful and we appreciated the efforts to make sure we had a place to stay after a long day of travel

House was recently renovated. Everything looked great! Very clean and beds were comfortable. Good parking and the interstate was just a few miles away. Good communication with owner. We didn’t cook not sure how everything was stocked. The only Con- could hear road traffic inside house. Would stay again if back in area.
