Beautiful home. 10 minutes to UT and Kingston Pike. We loved the seclusion and the overall peaceful atmosphere. We’ll definitely book again for our next visit to Knoxville.

We were in town for our daughter’s UTK graduation and had a wonderful stay here. Very lovely and comfortable house and would stay here again!

Great stay. House was very clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels were new. The den had plenty of comfortable seating area. Tasteful decorations. We enjoyed the fire pit after the game.

Our family of 8 loved this little home in the woods. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and kitchen item we could ever need. The living area was comfortable and nicely decorated. There were board games, books and movies. Very close to UT which was convenient for us. Loved the fire pit! Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Knoxville.

Great spot close to Campus/Downtown Knox

Had a wonderful time at this location. Loved being hidden in the trees, but a quick drive to campus or downtown Knoxville. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Impressed by the cleanliness of the house, fully stocked kitchen with quality appliances and equipment. Very impressed with the comfort of the beds and quality of linens and towels. Very easy access to the highway, downtown Knoxville, and the airport.
