Oversized condo with 2 master bedrooms each with it's own full bath and private balcony on the 9th fairway. Wonderful screened in porch for relaxing or dining. Comfortable living room and full size dining room. It is centrally located to multiple amenities. You are walking distance to the clubhouse and top notch golfing. There is a grill if you just want to drop by for drinks or a light meal. Outside the private gate 10 minutes away you will find world class beaches, 25 miles north will put you in Myrtle Beach and 8 miles south is Georgetown, the oldest town in SC, Charleston is 65 miles south. There are fabulous restaurants, great shopping, multiple golf courses, bike trails and more!! It is the perfect spot for everyone! The only fees are the nightly rental, taxes, vrbo fee and cleaning fee. No management fees.

Great place in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed a 2 month stay at Pawley’s Plantation and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and beautiful and makes for a perfect backdrop to enjoy the Pawley’s Island lifestyle.

Another excellent Pawley’s experience

From the booking onward, Paulette was extremely helpful and responsive. This was our second stay in Pawley’s Plantation, and it totally lived up to our expectations. Highlights included the screened porch overlooking the golf course and comfortable beds. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo with great location

We had a great experience. Very nice condo in a great area. Close to various bars and restaurants. The porch overlooking the golf course was the highlight of our stay. You won't be disappointed.

Extremely quiet and comfortable .

We spent the Christmas holiday at this property while visiting family. Property very cozy and comfortable overlooking the golf course from the enclosed porch. Property was immaculate and very clean, and kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Pawleys Island.

Nice space for a visit!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious second floor condo. It's location was ideal for our visit. For the most part it was well-equipped. Owner was easy to contact and tried to resolve the problem we had.

Accurate listing and nice place

Everything about this condo is great. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable beds with en suite bathrooms. The place is best suited for 2 couples and possibly a child as there are only two queen beds and a twin mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the golf coarse. The beach is nearby and you are close to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Paulette is an excellent host. She promptly responds to questions and concerns, and her condo is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need during your stay. The unit overlooks the 9th fairway, and is perfectly positioned to watch golfers' 2nd shots from the screened porch. Pawley's Plantation is a lovely resort community with an exceptional golf course and friendly residents and staff. We felt quite at home during our stay, and will definitely be returning.

Nice clean property

The property is very nice. We had a difficult time getting in due to the gate saying they did not have our name and we were unable to speak with the property owner. The property owner did contact us the next day and said their phone had died but that our names had been given to the gate the day before. We had an overall good experience. I would add that it’s a wonderfully property for adults and older children there is a lot of glassware which is probably not ideal for young kiddos!

I am originally from SC. I spent most of my career living in Fla. Upon retirement, I moved back to SC. It is the place of my childhood memories; shrimping and crabbing at the beach, hiking and snow skiing in the mountains and water skiing on the lake. The low country is the best place on earth. Having a place in Pawley's is heaven on earth. The beach is amazing with no commercial establishments. I love walking the beach in the morning and coming back at the end of the day to watch the sunset. There are so many restaurants that serve the best seafood on the east coast. If you golf, you cannot find a better location with so many options. If biking is your desire, there are many trails for biking. I love the history of Georgetown and surrounding areas. It makes you feel connected to your past and the people that came before. If this is your choice for your vacation, you will not be disappointed!

Why they chose this property

When I walked in the front door, I knew this was the property that I wanted to buy. It had to meet 2 criteria, it had to be a place that I wanted to come to and it had to have some attraction for vacation rental. I feel like I have achieved that goal. In fact, I love it so much that I had a hard time putting it on the rental timarket!!

What makes this property unique

It feels like a home not a condo or a vacation rental. It is well equipped with everything that you need to make your vacation a pleasant one. There is a multitude of places to go and things to see. It's proximity to some of the best that South Carolina has to offer makes it a perfect place to be!
