Master has king bed and private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and bathroom. The hall bath has a walk in shower. TVs in every room with digital cable and free WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen to meet your needs. Screen porch has view of golf course and pond. Pool within walking distance! 5 minutes to the beach. Small, well behaved pets are welcome. No Campers, Rvs, motorcycles, or boats are allowed to park or be at this resort

We really enjoyed the Condo, a lot to see, excellent restaurants. Celebrated my Birthday at Franks, absolutely delicious. Condo was very clean, even TVs were easy to work. Nice area even though it’s not beach front but very Close to drive too. Will definitely stay again. Bobby was awesome and was always there for us.

Lovely condo with everything that you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was well appointed and it was great to travel without beach chairs as there were nice chairs furnished with the unit. All promises were delivered. The space was clean, bright and cherry. The kitchen was complete with every possible necessity. My son had a minor problem with the television in his room. A guest had logged into their personal account and did not log out. Minor inconvenience. He simply watched one of the other two televisions. Quiet space and convenient parking. Our dog was quite happy with the walking areas.

We are local owners who just purchased and remodeled this unit. We are available to help with any questions or concerns. The condo is beautiful and basically brand new!

Why they chose this property

We especially liked this unit for it's location and proximity to everything Pawleys Island has to offer. It is a first floor unit so no stairs to carry luggage, groceries or golf bags up!

What makes this property unique

We have tried to leave no detail unaddressed. We have furnished all spices and basic things you may need to cook with and don't want to purchase for a short vacation. We have also furnished beach items, charcoal and lighter fluid and grill utensils. There are plenty of paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergents also. All towels and linens are brand new as well as the furnishings and appliances.
