About this property

Our second floor condominium in private, gated Pawleys Plantation features vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the 11th fairway. Bright and serene, the unit is comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a screened-in balcony, and washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a door to the screened-in balcony, with a full bathroom just off of the room. The second bedroom is located at the front of the unit, with two queen size beds and a full bathroom. On the technology side of the fence, there is a 50” flat screen SMART TV and Blu-Ray player in the main living space, flat screens in the bedrooms, cable television, and secure wi-fi internet.

The condominium is located close to the community pool which is open from May 1 to October 1, and within walking distance of the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, and the Palmetto Pub for a quick bite. A beach pass to Huntington Beach State Park (about ten minutes away) for use during your stay is provided. Pawleys Island proper is just three miles by car. For your beach trips, four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

Peaceful stay

Pawleys Plantation is a wonderful, peaceful place. Condo is very well supplied. Inclosed balcony has a nice view of hole #11. I’ve rented from this owner before and have never had an issue.

Loved this property

We loved everything about this property. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the restaurant/bar at Pawleys Plantation golf course. Wish we could have enjoyed the beautiful screen porch overlooking the golf course, but the trees were pollinating and the pollen covered all the furniture.

Just like home!

Our stay was perfect in every way. The hosts are articulate, honest, communicative, and warm hearted. Their home is clean and orderly with all that is required for a safe and pleasant stay. I plan to consider returning at some point in the future!

Shirt visit to Pawley’s

We had a short but very enjoyable stay in this spacious and clean condo. The owner was immediately available when we had a minor issue with one of the cable tv boxes (which was an easy fix!). As we are searching for real estate in the area, we loved the location and got a great sense of Pawley’s Plantation.

Quick weekend getaway

We stayed at the property for a weekend softball tournament. The property is beautiful, easy to access and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Almost perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was so comfortable and living area was so nicely decorated. Great location to the Pawleys Island community. Hosts communicated very kind and promptly. A five star rental but I had to deduct a star because the decorative bedding needs to be laundered. I had to put the comforter and shams from the king bedroom out of the porch during our stay because the smell was so off-putting. But I am a super smeller. Regardless, I highly recommend this rental.

Weekend stay

Thank you to the very responsive hosts willing to cancel our reservation at the last minute due to Hurricane Debby. But, since the activity we were planning was not cancelled due to the hurricane we were able to come and stay. The unit location was perfect for our purposes since we were within a short walk of the golf clubhouse. The pool was nearby, too. Ample parking. Quiet neighborhood. The unit was beautifully furnished and decorated. The hosts put a lot of thought into the details and supplied everything necessary in their condo, too. The only thing we missed was the laundry detergent. We loved putting together the puzzle we found in the closet. One negative I would point out is the lack of detail when it comes to cleaning. The fans in both bedrooms were very dusty, so were the fixtures, picture frames, doors, and vents. We also spotted two live palmetto bugs, but it was summer in South Carolina after all, so I gues it should be expected. We would definitely come and stay in your unit again!

Quick Get Away

Great place to stay! Owners were very helpful and easy to reach to answer any questions. Sleepy little town everything closes by 9 or 10. Perfect for a relaxing get away for golf, swimming, and beach! Equipped with everything we needed! Mattress was very comfortable. We hope to go back!

Nice place, easy check-in process. It’s not the most updated property but everything worked well. There’s 2 thermostats, the main one is behind a door in the living room, we didn’t find that one until our second to last day.

LOVELY getaway spot, close to everything

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This property is part of a beautiful quad-plex sitting on the fairway of pawleys plantation golf course. Gated community with a very relaxed vibe, beautiful grounds, close to the clubhouse. Plenty of restaurants and amenities super close by, along with Murrells Inlet, which are shops, restaurants, etc. rote on the intercostal. A friend and I booked this wonderful spot for a short weekend gold getaway as we were playing Caledonia and True Blue (both amazing courses) and only 15 minutes from here. The space and layout of this VRBO are lovely, with everything you could possibly need (kitchen, laundry, etc.). What made this property even better was the 2 bedrooms, both with their own bathroom and thermostat. The beds were very comfy, the balcony was perfect for evening relaxation and the living room was amazing for when the heat was at its highest. The owners are very nice and communicated with us with everything we needed. There is access to a local park and pool provided, however we didn’t use either. This is a nice touch, if it wasn’t for our hectic schedule I’m sure we would have used both! WiFi speed good for being able to get some things done, even though we did our best to disconnect. We will be back to visit this property, Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet are true gems!!!

Nice location

All about this place is nice- but we entered to find dead palmetto bug in the kitchen- which would have been ok since owner told us the building had recently been sprayed and we saw no others. However my kids arrived at midnight and found 4 very much alive bugs in there room. This did not go over well and no sleep was gotten that evening by them. We removed them all and saw no more after that. Perhaps cleaning people need to be more careful about not leaving doors open when going in and out.
