In this holiday home you can enjoy the Andalusian sun all year round. The wonderful, wide, natural beach between Roche and Novo Sancti Petri can be reached quickly by car or on existing bicycles. The endless beach delights surfers as well as beach walkers. Numerous beach cafes and restaurants, the so-called "chiringuitos", offer fresh local cuisine and cocktails with beautiful sunsets.
The house is embedded in a small child-safe compound in the beautiful and varied golf course Sancti Petri Hills Golf, the clubhouse of which can be reached on foot. The golf course is not only interesting to play, but also offers affordable green fees with offers of € 25 / € 35 for 18 holes.

The house is suitable for 4 people and offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), 1 full bath and 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. Equipped with built-in air conditioning and heating, it can be used all year round. A large winter garden serves as a dining room and has glass fronts that can be completely opened and closed flexibly. It offers protection from strong winds and allows you to sit outdoors and in the green in any weather.

You can relax after a long day at the beach on the large terrace, in your own garden or in the large community pool. If you want, you can also enjoy the view from your own roof terrace with additional seating and dining options.
The house offers local and additional German television and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

400 m from the house is a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy and small shops. There is also a wonderful hammam for wellness enthusiasts, Los Banos Arabes.

For riders there are several riding stables nearby with rides on the beach.

The tourist center of Novo Sancti Petri, 5 km away, offers further golf courses, sports facilities, shops, ATMs and a hospital.
