Ideal location for people looking to be in the center of everything the Heights has to offer! Steps from White Oak -- restaurants, bars, shops, yoga, juice bar. Walk to Donovan Park, Heights Mercantile. Two blocks to the hike and bike trail! Recently updated bungalow in the heart of the Heights Historic District -- charming, friendly neighborhood in the heart of Houston. Easy and quick access to Downtown, Texas Medical Center, Galleria.

***This is the first floor apartment of a two story duplex.*** The entrance to this unit is the main front door entrance. The entrance for the upstairs unit is in the back, allowing for privacy between the two units.

Modern decor in a historic bungalow -- the best of both worlds! The space has 2 large bedrooms with large closets. Each bedroom is equipped with a workspace ideal for business travelers. One full bathroom. Shared outdoor side yard that is fully fenced.

Well-stocked kitchen including spices. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer provided.

Kids' dishes, pack 'n play, high chair, toys, board games.

There is off-street parking on the paved area outside of the side fence. Plenty of street parking as well. ***The driveway inside the fence is reserved for the upstairs tenant. Please do not block the driveway.***

The upstairs apartment is rented long term. Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM, especially in the shared outdoor space. The driveway is reserved for the upstairs tenant. Please do not block the driveway.

The space is all one level, but there is a 3 inch step down to the bedrooms.

We live across the street. We may need to come by to take out the outdoor garbage bins on trash day but will otherwise stay out of your way. We are available by text should you need anything.
