The property charged us 685 damage fee which I disputed and the property manager communicated like he would would waive the fee but did not do so. See pics of the damage below. The beds are put together with those slats that rest on the bed frame without any glue or fasteners. The slats evidently slid off the frame but all that is required is to place the slats back on the frame. To be charged 685 for what amounted to a few moments of work is disappointing. I hate to leave bad reviews and love to leave great reviews. To that end, I gave the host multiple chances to reverse course but the host refused. Very disappointing. I would not want anyone else to have a similar experience!
