Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten zwar nicht das beste Wetter, aber die Unterkunft war topp. Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich. Sehr guter Service vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder (4 Paare).

Gelungener Urlaub

Top Villa, sehr netter Gastgeber. Zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und falls es ein Problem gibt auch sofort da. Lage ist auch sehr gut, Meer, Bars, Bistros in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. In ein paar Autominuten ist man in Novigrad oder Umag wo es alles gibt. Das Haus war optimal ausgestattet und alles war vorhanden und sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr erholen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Toller Istrien-Urlaub mit Freunden in einer Villa, die alles hat was man braucht. Großzügige Zimmer, top ausgestattete Küche, Grill, Pool, .... Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit - Vielen Dank an Andrea und sein Team!!!

Ein Traum-Ferienhaus! Einfach Top!

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach ein Traum, genau wie beschrieben! Es ist sehr sauber! Es ist auch toll, das Mitte der Woche die gestellten Dusch/Handtücher gewechselt wurden. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gegen 6-7 Uhr gesäubert auch die komplette Außenanlage ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus jeden weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Haus in angenehmer Gegend

Haus war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation vorab einwandfrei. Vor der Abreise wurden wir sogar nochmals persönlich mit einem kleinen Geschenk verabschiedet. 5 Sterne mehr als verdient. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals dort anreisen.

Très belle expérience

La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos en ligne. L'accueil est chaleureux et les échanges très courtois. Il n'y a vraiment aucun reproche à faire. Il y a en plus un service hôtelier avec ménage ainsi que changement de draps et serviettes durant le séjour. Cela est très appréciable.

Ein wunderschöneR Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Das Objekt ist groß für mehrere Familienmitglieder geeignet. Sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben bis jetzt keine bessere Unterkunft gebucht. Sehr empfehlungswert. Wir würden immer wieder hinfahren. Top 5 Sterne!!

Einfach perfekt!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub im schönen Kroatien. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt, modern und die Sauberkeit war perfekt. Der Pool hat die richtige Größe um sich abzukühlen und ein paar Schwimmzüge zu machen und es gibt sogar eine Stufe um im Pool zu sitzen und sich von den Düsen massieren zu lassen. Der Pool wurde täglich früh morgens gereinigt, sodass er immer sauber war. Der Grill ist ins Haus eingelassen und alles was man zum Grillen braucht ist vorhanden. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben beim Kochen nichts vermisst. Die 5 Häuser sind mit einem großen Tor versehen sodass die Autos geschützt stehen. Die Gärten sind so ausgerichtet, dass man sich gegenseitig nicht stört und von der schönen Dachterrasse kann man bis zum Meer sehen. Ein kleiner Markt ist fußläufig zu erreichen und Lidl und Kaufland sind im nächsten Ort 8 km entfernt. In 3 Minuten konnte man am Meer sein, wo sich ganz in der Nähe 1 Restaurant und eine Bar befinden. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der unkomplizierten Abwicklung von Checkin und -out. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Hr. Rakamaric für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Tolles Feriendomizil

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es nur wenige Minuten zum Einkaufen. Herr Rakamaric ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Très belles prestations

Tout d'abord, nous voulons souligner la gentillesse du staff qui était très serviable et accueillant. la villa est magnifique et de tout confort les chambres sont toutes spacieuses. Nous étions 8 et n'avons pas manqué d'espace. La villa a été nettoyée 4 fois durant notre séjour de 2 semaines. La piscine et les exterieurs sont très agréables et très bien entretenus. la terrasse du toit, équipee d'un salon de jardin est un vrai plus. La residence est calme et sécurisée, les villas sont proches mais très bien isolées individuellement. La région est tres belle à visiter, les plages et l'eau de mer translucide... nous reviendrons certainement. Merci pour ce superbe séjour !

Super schön, absolut empfehlenswert

Wunderschöne, sehr saubere Villa. Garten gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Pool sauber und klasse für Kids zum Baden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist ausserordentlich gut und unkompliziert - wir erhielten auf alle Anfragen sofort eine freundliche, kompetente Antwort im Vorfeld der Reise, als auch vor Ort. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen in Strand Nähe, zum Baden lohnt es sich insbesondere mit Kindden, auch andere Strände aufzusuchen. Kleiner "Tante Emma Laden" mit Frühstücksbrötchen sowie Obst und Gemüsestand zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Vielen Lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit in Kroatien.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Villen von Amaris Villas lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Wunderschönes und sauberes Haus, super Zustand und keine Mängel. Das Haus ist groß genug um zu 8 dort Urlaub zu machen und immer noch genug 'Raum' für sich zu haben. Toller Pool und super schöne, große, gepflegte Gartenanlage. Sehr nette & hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner. Absolut zu Empfehlen!!

Super moderne Villa

Super moderne Villa Die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, zusätzlich sind die fünf Villen in einem abgeschlossen Bereich so dass keine Fremden Zutritt erhalten. Der Bäcker (100Meter) ist gut zu erreichen und hat meiner Meinung nach die besten Croissants Kroatien.

Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld des Urlaubs. Zahlreiche Informationen zur Ausflugszielen und Restaurants. Top Ausstattung! Alles vorhanden, was man bräuchen könnte. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöner Pool und gut gepflegte Gartenanlage. Guter Reinigungsservice incl. Handtuchtausch (3mal in 2 Wochen) und 1mal Bettwäschetausch. Gut gelegen zu den Städten Novigrad und Umag (guter Kaufland). Guter Strand beim Champingplatz in Umag. Bäcker in Fußnähe. Insgesamt ein überragende Villa und sehr schöner Urlaub!

Top-Urlaub

Die Ferienvilla ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Top Ausstattung, sehr sauber, tolle stimmige Einrichtung mit viel Geschmack. Die Villa ist grosszügig und bietet genügend Platz. Auch der Aussenbereich ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter und Betreuung sind extrem gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und machen den perfekten Urlaub noch perfekter. Die Lage bietet sich an für viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sportmöglichkeiten. Es ist sehr ruhig in diesem Dorf und es ist kaum Tourismus spürbar.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Villa ist einfach nur perfekt; die Aufteilung und Größe der Räume sind super, der Stil ist sehr einladend. Es ist wirklich blitzsauber. Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls top gepflegt und wunderschön. Der Vermieter sowie auch das Betreuungspersonal sind sehr gastfreundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir können nur sagen dass es perfekt war!

Villa super, Service super, Wetter super !!!!

Wir waren mit insgesamt 7 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) vom 27.08. bis 03.09.2016 (plus 3-tägiger spontaner Verlängerung) zu Gast in einem Haus der Wohnanlage "Amaris Villas" und alle - Kinder wie Erwachsene - waren hellauf begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Es hat wirklich rund um Alles gepasst. Schon der Erstkontakt bei der Hauseinweisung von der perfekt deutsch sprechenden Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Der Service (Pool-Reinigung, Wäscheservice usw.) war ebenfalls top, der Kontakt mit dem Haus- und Grundstückseigentümer (vorab per E-Mail, am Anreisetag telefonisch, gegen Ende des Aufenthalts persönlich) ebenso. Über die Übergabe einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit in Form eines leckeren Weines haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Ich kann auch im Namen der anderen Reiseteilnehmer einen Aufenthalt in den "Amaris Villas" nur bestens weiterempfehlen !!!

Begeistert

Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen in einer besonders gepflegten Villa. Durch die günstige Lage konnten wir einige istrische Orte in Kürze erreichen. Die Restaurants, die wir von Herrn Rakamaric empfohlen bekamen, waren ausgezeichnet. Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
