The outside grounds and swimming pool are beautiful and well maintained. The location is right next to the beach. However, the apartment itself needs some upgrading and cleaning, with various things showing signs of wear and tear/age or in need of a deep clean. The main issue we had was that the place was advertised to sleep 5 but on arrival there was only enough beds for 4. Communication was good and we were greeted on arrival which was very late in the night and we appreciated this very much.

El apartamento, de acuerdo que le hace falta algún arreglo como suelo, cierre y un par de muebles, pero me callo con lo de que no estaba limpio y la quinta cama es un mueble que esta al lado del sofa-cama, este último para dos personas.

Well presented apartment with ground floor access to tidy and pleasant shared garden with excellent pool and adjacent mini supermarket Town bus picks up on the main road every hour and costs 1 euro per person each way Nerja is a lovely town to wander round and Burriana Beach is worth a visit

Great location!

Jose’s apartment is part of a small complex with shared grounds & pool which is impeccable. There is a small patio with table & chairs and sunbeds too. The garden is lovely with a gate leading directly to the beach. There is a walk of around a mile into Nerja along a beach path / quiet road. Nerja is a great town; very safe with a great variety of pub’s & restaurants. There are a few restaurants close to the apartment too; we had dinner in The Avalon which was very nice. The inside of the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We hope to return again next year!

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Umgebung top. Unsere landessprachlichen Defizite wurden durch Übersetzungs-App ausgeglichen, Vermieter sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll.Appartement großzügig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Einkauf, Restauration fußläufig. Sehr unkomplizierter und entspannter Aufenthalt.

Piso muy bien ubicado si buscas tranquilidad, al menos en nuestras fechas .A diez pasos literales de la playa. Con una terraza muy aprovechable.Cómo sugerencia dejar algo para la limpieza al menos en estancias de más de una semana. Genial te dejé ir con tus mascotas.

Wir verbrachten schöne Tage in der Wohnung von José. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos im Katalog.Diese ist jedoch so langsam in die Jahre gekommen und sollte bei Gelegenheit renoviert werden. Die Lage direkt beim Strand ist wunderbar und die Stadt Nerja kann bequem per Regionalbus oder aber auch zu Fuss (ca. 40 Min.) am Strand entlang erreicht werden.

Strandurlaub

Wir drei haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die direkte Strandlage ist unschlagbar. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 35 Minuten am balcon de europa, immer am Strand entlang :) Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter!
