Uber is always a great resource for transportation and you can get to most places in Kansas City within 20 minutes from this location. The property is also only 0.8 miles away from Southmoreland stop along the free KC Streetcar route, so you can explore the Plaza to Downtown without having to worry about parking!

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home offers a fully fenced backyard! There is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
This home is all one level with reserved parking right in front (enough for one vehicle).
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
