Just perfect!

We enjoyed and loved every second! Very modern and classy. This was our 4th time coming to Cape coral villas and usually kids wanted to go home early but this time they wanted to stay. Host was amazing and great communication. Easy check in and out . Very close to restaurants, stores and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend and we are already planning to go back maybe for winter time. Also few friends took info about this amazing i can say Home. Thanks Tom!!! We loved it .

This property was amazing, the pictures provided matched on every aspect. My blended family came to see our son that moved in janurary. This property comfortably accommodated our family of 8. Our host Tom was wonderful, he quickly responded to all questions we had and offered to come show us a couple things that we were unsure of.From the canal with kayaks ,the bikes ,to the pool and amazing jacuzzi Toms home was exactly what i was looking for. The location was great and so were all the neighbors and their fur babies

Quiet & Private Resort-like Oasis

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. We wanted a quiet, private and peaceful getaway to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect place. In fact, we loved it so much we never left the house the entire week. Tom is a fantastic host. He thought of every detail down to a chilled bottle of wine on our arrival. Please don’t sell this property so we can come again!

Great place and boat-friendly.

Beautiful as advertised. Boat-friendly. Only 10-15 min boat ride to open water. Tom was great and home was perfect.

Dieses Haus ist einfach super - von der großzügigen Aufteilung über die einzigartige Ausstattung bis hin zum überragenden Pool/Whirlpool. Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit in dem Haus und kommen gerne wieder. Tom ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber.
