Secluded , impeccable modern home with three fireplaces and it’s on dock in the heart of historic Springs.
The light filled three level Charles Moore house is inspired by outdoor living , and sunset beach walk in the private beach community. Wake up to sunrise on the dock or paddle into the sunset. A sweet gourmet kitchen with Miele and Gaggenau appliances and a beautiful gas outdoor grill on a large East/ South facing porch make it a great refuge for family and friends gatherings.The beauty of living in Springs is the quiet nature and being surrounded by waterbodies and at the same times jyst minutes away from great dining. Taking the kayaks and paddle boards out to the bay is one of our favorite summer activities.The all-white home has windows and skylights everywhere which makes it a wonderful light-filled space.

I fell in love with East Hampton as a teenager and am very comfortable in nature.
Springs offers so much natural diversity that I never get bored just being outdoors.

What makes this property unique
The architecture and the amount of light that comes into the home. The different levels present choices to retreat during the day. The large porch and the beautiful deck by the creek are some of my favorite places.
