If you are looking for a cozy apartment for a family vacation or vacation with friends and appreciate walking distance to Lake Constance, you will feel at home in our 50 m2 apartment "zum Saibling". It is ideal for up to 3 people.

In addition to the proximity of the lake, the apartment offers many amenities:

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery for 4 people, kettle, stove and oven.
Nice terrace directly from the kitchen
A separate bedroom with double bed and sofa bed
TV in the living area
In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed, which offers one person a place to sleep.

Location and surroundings

The apartment is located near the lake in a quiet residential area in Nussdorf, which is about 3km from Überlingen Mitte. With its location on the northern shore of Lake Constance, Nussdorf has sun until late in the evening. The apartment is on the first floor of a family house.

Lake Constance with public access and a landing stage can be reached on foot in just seven minutes, a beautiful forest is only 500 meters away from the apartment. Bus station train station, as well as bakery and shops are very easy to reach on foot in a few minutes.

Activities:
Thanks to its excellent transport links (car, ferry, bus and train), Nussdorf is an excellent starting point for a wide range of activities. For example, you can take a boat trip from Nußdorf to the flower island of Mainau or take a boat to Wallhausen and hike from there to the Marienschlucht. You can also go on beautiful bike tours - for example by bike along Lake Constance without steep climbs to Meersburg to visit the historic old town.

But you can also simply stay nearby and, for example, go pedal boating, surfing or playing golf in Überlingen, just 3 km away, or relax in the Bodenseetherme. We would be happy to provide you with further tips and information. The variety is inexhaustible. Pure relaxation awaits you here!
