Great spot for a float!

We spent two nights at this property for our float trip. It was perfect size for our group of two adults and three teens. The second bathroom was a huge plus! Location was great, a quick walk or short drive to really anywhere you could want to go.

The property is beautiful and as described. Short distance to amazing food and to the Missouri Down Under Zoo in which we came for. Great place to stay for those wanting to be out in nature or fishing.

The house was nice and it was pleasently decorated. Several of the lamps did not have shades - just visible light bulbs. The lock pad on the front door was verying difficut to unlock due to the fact the numbers were worn off. The remote which operated the living room light did not work. The house was very clean and was located in a safe neighborhood.

The house was clean, cozy, stocked very well of all items including kitchen items, & host provided so many extra items that helped make our stay wonderful. My family was in gown for wedding. I had to have a place that welcomed pets, so this was ideal! One of my sisters rented the property next door, making it soooooo convenient to visit. Loved having a fire pit!! We shared our place with my brother and his wife. For our weekend stay, two nights, two bedrooms, two baths, and Charlie the rescued Staffy , we spent less than it would have cost one couple at The Landing!

Long weekend get away

We enjoyed the stay at the property. Clean, easy to find, great location. The only "hiccup" was that there was no bath toiletries (shower soap, shampoo etc. No coffee or laundry soap. Not a huge deal, but we were under the impression it would be there. We left those items that were needed for future visitors, with the exception of laundry soap. We have already talked about a future visit to the property in the summer. Thank you for having us, we look forward to our next stay.
