Property located on a quiet street, in a .convenient area in Van Buren, quick access to the town and the river. House is older but very clean. Met our needs for our visit and a good value for the price.Bedrooms are very small, kids loved the bunk beds. Didn't notice the lack of a dishwasher but still remembered how to wash them by hand. Nice areas to sit outside. No issues getting in and out, communication was excellent

The rental is exactly as it's listed. My husband didn't like that there weren't wooden spoons and only plastic utensils for cooking but the home does have everything you need. There are plenty of towels. The beds are comfy and you won't find a better price for the amount of beds and the overall value. We had an issue with the AC and the host was super quick to get it resolved. The location is close to a bar/restaurant as well as float rentals. This is a place we will stay again for sure.
