- Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
- Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- We maintain the pool/spa at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) / Spa (103) heat is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The spa runs on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles and shares the same heating system as the pool, so it won’t reach hot tub temperatures unless pool heat is turned on / egg timer is engaged. Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- The base temperature of the spa is the same as the pool. Please note that the spa does not hold elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub. Use the wall mounted egg timer to increase heat on spa. Just note that the egg timer only runs in 1-hour cycles, and it may take several cycles to affect heat spa.

- Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

Our family really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a large group. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The only downsides were that there were no extra sheets in the closets, the internet was very slow and sometimes cut out making it hard for some family members who needed to work, and we were disappointed to find out we had to pay extra to heat the jacuzzi. Other than that, it was a great home and we still had a wonderful time

Legoland Trip

Great place to have fun. This home was creatively decorated for children. The patio/pool was a great place to relax and enjoy with family. The home had all the amenities we need and more. The resort/club was a short walk and was fun for everyone. The property managers were very helpful and readily available for any and all or questions and needs. Plan to return for another family vacation.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 6 days and we were extremely happy with this home and the Vacation Alchemy property managers! They were quick to respond, checked on us after check in and were just very easy to work with! Plenty of pool towels, good amount of kitchen items and fun themed rooms that our kids loved! This home is between 2 private residences which were nice and quiet throughout the week! This is our 6th year staying within Windsor at Westside and this home is definitely a favorite! We would rent this property again!

Beautiful property .

We had such an Amazing experience in this home. It was more than we imagined our children enjoyed a nice Saturday swimming in the heated spa and pool. Also had a great time playing In the minecraft room. Highly recommend for a big family. Rooms and bathrooms for everyone (literally). Host was responsive almost immediately check in and check out process was quick.

Family Trip

From booking to check out the process was a very thorough and easy one. Appreciated the handbook which included all codes, questions and even step by step videos for different parts of the house. The photos were exactly what we got. My boys loved the game room and the different theme rooms. Would definitely recommend this home and would definitely work again with Vacation Alchemy. If I had any criticism it would be the phone service and internet which was very frustrating especially as a business owner and having to work while away.

UCF Graduation Trip

The house was in great condition and even decorated for holidays! Host was receptive to questions. We were able to stay in town for our daughters graduation and had a calm party for her friends the next day - the house was easy to entertain in and guests were able to park on the street across from the house and worked out fine even with another house nearby having a party. We could have parked at clubhouse but it was a rare stormy night and the club house is across the entrance street so luckily the street parking worked out. We loved the beds and the hot tub was nice with the TV on the patio as well. Will return!

Great family and friends getaway!

This house was very clean!! That is a huge deal! The renters were on top of every email I sent, responding in a matter of a few minutes! We had a couple issues in the beginning of our stay, but they were dealt with and fixed quickly. The home lacked a few kitchen items that we would’ve liked, and also had no pool toys at all. But our overall experience with everything was top notch. We’d recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a family or friends vacation. The club house pool area that is free to use is really close to walk to and our family really enjoyed going there, also. Fun for all ages!

Great stay!

The decor was beautiful and amenities made it easy for our party of 13! Check in/out process was easy. They did not require much for the check out process which was great and a nice utilization of the cleaning fee we paid for. I would stay here again or recommend it to someone who needs accommodations for a large group. The clubhouse was awesome! Communication with the host, was fast and efficient! I would recommend that they have a few more items such as a better grill (seems to be a little old), allow guests to leave condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) we did have to throw away a lot which we hated to do because condiments can always be used by other guests, and toiletries as we did run out and had to buy more toilet paper, paper towel and trashbags. Service is not the greatest, so maybe WiFi extenders throughout the house for better service.
