A great landing and launching point for a wonderful cape vacation.

Location, the outside shower, the kitchen had all the basics and the openness of the space was great. The downstairs became a night time oasis to relax and catchup from a day at the beach or on the cape cod rail trail.

Perfect As Is

This was a lovely clean property in a sweet, great for walking neighborhood. The location was great for beach, dining and Music Walk on Wednesdays in Harwich. Space was great and the backyard was lovely. I do wish there had been a parking pass for the beach. I did text/ask about this and was never clearly responded to.

Golfing on the Cape

Very comfortable, super clean space. Perfect for 4. Convenient location but tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Our only ding - if it’s raining, bring your own games or movies.

Nice spotless home, close to everything

The home was updated, very clean and close to everything on the Cape. Plenty of towels, dishes and glasses, paper towels etc. I did take off a star because there should have been a few more pots and pans for cooking and the can opener was broken.

Great Location | Nice Neighborhood

Nice neighborhood and property, centrally located. Easy drive to beach, grocery store, fishing pier (fun to see boats unload their catch, and the seals). Clean, decently stocked kitchen. Outdoor shower is nice, especially after day at the beach. However, it was turned off from the basement and we didn't get response back from management company until the night before we left but we still got to use it once. Overall, nice stay.

As soon as we opened the house,we are already love the place.The house is sparkling clean and smell really clean.I spend so much time at the kitchen with complete kitchen utensils and also the backyard is nice.We will definitely using this house again next summer.

Perfect home for a little break

We had a wonderful stay. Home was sparkling clean. Backyard was private with a table to sit and enjoy the peaceful solitude. Wonderful finished basement. We had a problem with the main tv not working but property manager came out to fix right away. There was no cable tv but rather an Amazon box for you to enter your Netflix/Hulu/etc passwords. I assumed there was Amazon Prime tv given the Amazon box, but there wasn’t. If you do not have any streaming accounts, there would not have been anything to watch. The kitchen was roomy with lots of cabinets but not many pots and pans and absolutely no cookie sheets if you like to bake. We’ve rented on the Cape for years and this kitchen was less stocked than most. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely rent here again.

Good experience

We had a good time in our rental home. Nice accommodations. Beds were super comfortable. Hot water was instant so they must have a really good boiler. We had one minor issue: the shower knob broke off one night - however this was fixed quickly the next morning by John. John was great and very accommodating. Last nitpick was very minor but there were only two toilet paper rolls provided for the two bathrooms. We had to buy additional rolls ourselves.

Has beautiful yard and deck to relax on after a day of fishing. Awesome having the grill to cook dinner on. Slept 4 of us comfortably though there was room for 5. We would stay here again in the future, as it is minutes from downtown Chatham.

Cozy cottage

The Jesmond Cottage was perfect. We needed a nice two bedroom while in town for a wedding. Excellent location in a small quiet neighborhood. Has all the amenities you need. Outdoor shower was fun, full basement was nice too for our child to play etc. We would use this rental again, no question.
