Spacious and perfect location

It was very spacious and the location was perfect. We arrived early and happened to be on the property and let us check in early.

No sleep but otherwise great....

Location and actual apartment/vrbo are a 5 but I couldn't give it a 5-star rating as 1) I had to request the check in info after 2 pm when check-in was 4 pm. 2) the door to the apartment doesn't close properly without pulling hard on it 3) there is construction going on that was extremely loud beeping all day from 4 am to 7 pm. When I contacted the property manager after the first night they dropped off crap candy, trinkets, and one pair of disposable earplugs for a 2 bedroom. They also claimed they were unaware of the ongoing construction situation but neighbors must be notified when heavy construction and noise is to occur. I also contacted VRBO who sent an email which asked that I prove construction was happening. I sent a video but I have heard nothing since I emailed in return.

Very nice space in excellent location

Everything was very nice. Be prepared for noise in the evenings on king street. Ideally I would have stayed a block or two off king street. Only complaint is they could supply better toiletries and a place in the shower to put soap and shampoo.

Anniversary Weekend Stay

The location is a perfect spot to just leave your car parked and walk. Close to all the shops, restaurants, parks, and museums etc. My husband and I really enjoyed our anniversary weekend here. Noises at night are a little rough due to being on a busy street but out way the convenience of the location. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.
