Incredible Backyard

On arrival the house was very dirty, meaning dust everywhere. Maybe nobody stayed there in quite some time. But Jon the manager stayed and cleaned the entire place, he was great! Jon’s attention to our needs while we stayed was also amazing. Close to downtown yet far enough away, very quiet neighborhood!!

Ms Christine met us at the property when we arrived and showed us how to utilize all the amenities. The property is absolutely amazing! The house and views are even better than the pictures!! Short walk to the beach and 20 minute Uber ride to town.

Awesome traditional villa close to Cabo San Lucas

Family of 6 had a wonderful time in this well equipped and charming villa. Spectacular views, great outdoor space, pool and jacuzzi. Secure property in Cabo Bello with shopping right across the street. Wonderful host with an abundance of great tips about the area. Coming back is almost guaranteed.

Perfect for Family and Friends - High Recommendation

Beatiful home, well located, convenient to everything. Kitchen was great with all the things we needed for meals. We cooked, ate and enjoyed. Views are lovely, bedrooms are a good size with good furnisings. The living area made it easy to hang together and relax for our stay. Could spend a month here. Pool was ideal and lounge areas gave us the chance to spread out. Nights are beautiful and colorful. Management was really responsive to a couple little things. Love these people and this place. Highly recommended.

Awesome Stay - Needs some TLC

We had a generally pleasant stay at this property, largely thanks to the wonderful hosts! They were truly perfect – so communicative, incredibly friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything we needed. Their responsiveness made a big difference to our overall experience.The location of the house is also a real highlight, offering a convenient midpoint between the two cities, which made exploring both very easy. Plus, the WiFi was excellent and reliable throughout our stay.However, the house itself had a few small issues that prevented this from being a five-star review. We found that the hot tub never quite reached a fully hot temperature, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we noticed a gas leak from the grill, making it unusable for safety reasons. We also experienced the oven power turning off unexpectedly on one occasion. Finally, one of the advertised entrances to the property was locked off for the duration of our stay.One other point to note for future guests is that the beach is described as a "short" walk, but we found it to be a rather steep 12-minute walk, so plan accordingly.Despite these small issues with the property itself, the exceptional hospitality of the hosts and the convenient location made for an enjoyable stay. With a few updates to the house, this place could easily be a five-star destination.

Cabo relaxation

The house is more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed hanging out on the top deck watching sunrises, sunsets, the boats and whales. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after a day out. We took advantage of the outdoor grill for dinners. The house is just outside of the town which lends to a calm atmosphere, while being close enough that you can get there easily by bus or taxi. Carla was great at communicating and setting us up with rides and activities. Christine made check in so easy. She was knowledgeable and friendly with a ton of recommendations for food and activities. Isabel and Suri worked magic with our massages, I definitely recommend booking with them. The security team for Cabo Bello were also friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Francisco for recommendations and help navigating. We hope to come back again soon!

Magical

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. First time traveling out of the US and wish we never had to leave. The hosts checked on us frequently by text and were available for anything we needed. This house was everything we could hope for or think we might need and more. We utilized the kitchen that had everything we needed for the meals we decided to eat in for as well as the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have our own private area to relax. The view, well there are not enough words to describe the view. It was absolutely stunning with amazing colors everyday. We could clearly see The Arch and the traffic in and out of the Cabo San Lucas harbor. If we ever make it back I will definitely look to book this house again. The neighborhood was gated with security available at all hours no vehicles or pedestrians were allowed in unless with legitimate business in the neighborhood. There was an amazing beach that was available in walking distance that was stunning. Wish we would have spent more time there. A grocery store was directly across from the neighborhood gate and you could walk or quickly drive to it. My family and I ABSOLUTLEY loved this house and our time spent in it. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Fabulous house

What to say about this property. First off the pictures do not do this place justice. The rooms were gorgeous the spacing between rooms was great. We never heard what was happening in any part of the house so if peace and quiet is what your after this place is great. The neighbors that we hardly seen were very friendly as well. The pool!!! Let me tell you we spent hours in this pool from sun up to sun down. It was big enough that 6 adults could comfortably swim and hangout and the little splash pad was great beside the hot tub!!! Christine our concierge was fantastic and knows everyone so if you need something she can help!! Unfortunately we never met Carla but she does an extremely great job of communicating if you need anything. All in all we had the most wonderful 11 days here and I highly recommend renting this house if your looking for a relaxing getaway. We felt safe here and never worried about anything.

This place is not properly managed or run

1. When we arrived, your house manager stayed in the house for over an hour. We are a private family and are uncomfortable showering and getting ready for dinner while someone is in the home. We told her this and she persisted and persisted. 2. Once she finally left, we only had 30 minutes for the 5 of us to shower and make our dinner reservation for my daughter’s birthday. To our surprise, only 1 shower on the entire property had hot water. This created a very stressful first night with 5 of us sharing 1 shower and missing dinner. 3. When my daughter went to shower, she was greeted by an old bar of soap and an old razor. Both covered in someone else’s pubic hair! 4. Since we missed dinner, we grabbed quick tacos in town. To have a pleasant return, we left the AC on and begun to heat the hot tub. When we returned, all of the ACs were turned off, so we knew someone entered the property. Our privacy was again violated. 5. The hot tub did not work and there was no hot water, causing your house manager to show up at midnight with a crew. Everyone had gotten in bed by then except for my teenage daughter. She was on the phone with her friend in the hot tub and your house manager and her team verbally accosted my teenager. 6. I had to personally clean up 5-7 cockroaches inside the home. It seems like no one even looked around before check in. There were also wet things in the washing machine and filth under all the furniture. 7. Your house manager alerted my family of an “Amenities Cabinet” stocked with “anything we’d need”. To our dismay, there was not even shampoo or soap. Not even bare necessities. Forget amenities. 8. Your house manager then took my money to go to the store to buy these missing amenities. 9. You have illegal cameras. Yet another privacy violation. Nothing further to say here. 10. People again entered the property. This time we knew because we left a standing cup behind the door that was then knocked down when we returned. All our bananas suspiciously went missing too. 11. The hot water issue was never resolved, so we spent the entire trip sharing one shower. I purposefully searched for accommodations with multiple showers, and your listing misrepresented.

Our family fell in love with Mexico 30 years ago when our children were small. It's a quick trip from Washington State, as much sun as we want and activities galore! Nowadays, those "children" bring their children and it's still our top destinations. We are excited to share our house and Mexico with people who love sun, fun, R&R, good food and travel.

Why they chose this property

Cabo Bello is a very secure, safe community that is central to either downtown Cabo or San Jose Del Cabo. The short walk to the semi private beach is amazing for exercise, do a little snorkeling, swimming or camping out for the day. Conveniently, one of our favorite grocery stores, Fresko is directly across the highway.

What makes this property unique

You will immediately feel comfortable and have enough room and privacy for all in this home. The outdoor BBQ and dining set is wonderful for cooking and entertaining. THE VIEW! Each night around sunset, it is a must to go up on the balcony with a beverage and or snacks and see the beautiful sunset view of the El Arco-Cabo's famous arch. The beds are very comfortable and we have a water filtration system that allows you to drink the tap water.
