4000 sq ft Retreat, Sleeps 16, Large Great Room, Hot tub & Pool, Two masters

NOTE: The unheated private pool is offered between Memorial Day and Labor Day due to cooler temps before and after said period. This spacious home has all the amenities to enjoy spending time with family or friends. Centrally located near a park, shopping mall, and several delicious restaurants. Guests might take a walk along the Mighty Columbia River just a few miles from the home by car. Lawerence Scott Park/fields, and The Southridge Sports Complex are around 6-10 min away by car for tournament families.
Enjoy wine country and local tastings or just relax at the house! Coffee and Italian Soda bar provided.
Guests may sign into their personal accounts for streaming services.

One high chair, and one booster seat provided. Two additional IKEA high chairs available by request. A potty seat, and baby gate for the stairs are also available by request. Puddle jumper life jackets provided.

This home sleeps sixteen maximum. Towels, and linens are available for sixteen people only.

Note: the cleaning fee covers the sanitizing practices and laundering of linens for the 4000 sq feet guests have access. Please leave the home in the condition you found it.

We had another dream stay in Kennewick! Our fishing group stayed the week and it couldnt have gone better! The house is beautiful and big enough for our group of 15. Kymm was a great host but this year things went so smoothly all we had to do was fish and relax! As an added bonus we got to meet a couple great neighbors! Our only complaint is we only get to come once a year!Thank you Kymm!

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Our family was very comfortable there. There are spaces for fun and games and quiet, too. The pool, of course, is the highlight! We love that we can all eat together in the great room . The host is easy to work with, as well. We highly recommend this for a memorable family vacation!

This home is special. It was built in 1974, and the Great Room was added in 2006. It was previously a bed and breakfast at one point, having just one other owner. It is close to a wonderful park, shopping, coffee places, Target, and the mall.
