The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the double ice compartments were great for a large group. The arrangement of the bathrooms made it a little difficult with 6 people but very nice and well appointed. The hot tub was wonderful on the cooler days in December. Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen/dining room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hottub was a delight and the views were outstanding. We (5 of us) found the house easy and comfortable to stay. The large common areas were nicely decorated and seating comfortable.

The house was perfect size for our party of 8, loved the hot tub and the giant master bath. Kitchen / great room was good floor plan for multiple people doing multiple things at once. All appliances and lights worked. Some things that we wish were better:* Needs to have a drip coffee maker, keurig is sub-par coffee and not enough provided for the number of people in the group.* Knowing that the house was rented by a large group instead of closing the pool (and not telling us) the week before they could have messaged and asked if we wanted to use the pool and close the pool after we left. We were disappointed as the pool open months were not listed on the original listing.

Filthy

Left without spending a single night. Filthy inside and out. Beds looked dirty, carpets filthy. Obviously not taken care of at all. Over grown weeds and dirty patio. Dirt in hot tub. Toilet paper on bathroom floor, bathroom room rugs looked disgusting.

We sincerely apologize for your bad experience. The cleaners were contacted instantly and sent back out that same day to ensure that everything was cleaned up and ready. We have continued to stay on top of them since this experience and I have personally made a point to stop by the home after the cleaners are finished to ensure that it is ready and that the patio is also cleaned up. We have also spoken with the landscaper and cleaning up the weeds as well. We since have no longer had an issues but will remain on top of this so it does not happen again.
