Living Spaces: Unwind in one of two separate living rooms, offering multiple seating areas with comfy couches and a 55'' Smart TV. Super-fast Wi-Fi is included for all your entertainment and streaming needs.
Kitchen & Dining: The large, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample space for you to cook culinary delights. Gather for meals around the welcoming 8-person dining table, with four additional swivel stools at the kitchen island, seating 12 guests in total.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Find comfort in four well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, and the final bedroom has two twin beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located to serve these rooms.
Flexible Sleeping Options: This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. The gray couch includes a queen-sized hide-a-bed, and the leather sectional has a queen-sized hide-a-bed, both with foam mattress toppers. The two twin beds can also be converted into a king-sized bed upon request.
Outdoor Area: Enjoy the privacy of a fully fenced backyard, perfect for young children or pets to play safely. A dog kennel is also available.
Extra: We can accommodate parking large vehicles on the property.
(Note: There are no available hook ups for an RV. We are only accommodating your large vehicle during your stay with us.)
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and its fully fenced yard. This is not a shared space. Entry is secure and convenient with keyless entry. Your unique access code will be sent to you 30 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival time.
Security: For your security, we have four actively recording cameras on the exterior of the property. All devices record both video and audio. There are no interior cameras. Locations are: near the front door, over the garage, and overlooking the driveways.
Occupancy: The number of guests you provided in your booking is the maximum number of guests allowed to occupy the home. Any additional, unapproved guests will be charged a $30 daily rate per person.
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need anything at all.
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were there for an Ironman race. Didn't do much other than prepare for the race and relax. House worked perfectly for that. Our only complaint was the nearby train that came blaring through at night.
This is a great place for pets with a very large nice yard. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, also. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable. It is out of town, but not terribly far. Enough to have some space and privacy, but not so far that is a burden to drive into town. Host was very responsive to messages. Bonus: cows

This is a great country retreat.Away from traffic and other anying stuff. It does lie close to a mainline railroad crossing where the trains warn drivers everytime they pass. Four blasts from the horn each time everytime
