2.6 miles to hospital . 1.5 mile to historic downtown. Walking distance to WNMU.
900square foot duplex (average apartment size 600square feet) Private entrance. Park within a few feat of your front door ,off the street. Very quiet and safe neighborhood . I built this duplex in 2007.
