We really enjoyed our stay in Coeur d'Alene at this cozy little cabin! Location was perfect - serene, fresh air and beautiful scenery. We ate our dinner on the deck in the evening and watched the sunset. The accommodations were great and met all of our needs on our trip across the western US. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all!

Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay. The cabin was perfect for 2 people and our small dog. It’s tucked just far away enough to relax and unwind outside of the hustle of things but close enough to get groceries and see the sights. Would come back again!

What a charming cabin with a great view. A peaceful neighborhood and a setting perfect for relaxing. My girlfriend and I brought our two dogs and we had a great time exploring the area. We ate great food in town, ran along the lake and on local trails, went swimming with our dogs and enjoyed relaxing with the view for sunrise and later in the evening. Just perfect

Great cabin near Coeur D'Alene lake.

My wife and our two kids had a blast! It is a quiet two bedroom cabin with a view of CDA Lake. We BBQed and roasted marshmallows. We saw deer both days we were there. It had alll the amenities you need. We would definitely stay again!

There was a foul odor in the living room. Also the space was much more crowded and less functional that it appears in the listing - there is essentially no room to sit down and eat. In addition the location is advertised as lakefront but it is not even walkable to the lake nor are there views of the lake from the windows of the property.

The lake is visible from the property grounds, and many guests have mentioned enjoying the views, though it is not directly in front of the cabin and is not described as walkable from the door. We understand expectations can differ, and we’ll review the listing again to ensure everything remains as clear as possible. As for the layout, the photos accurately represent the space, but we understand that perception can vary. We’re always looking for ways to improve functionality and appreciate your perspective. The space was way smaller than pictures. Pictures did not show cabins nearby. The TV was super small. The couch and bed were extremely uncomfortable, so much that we couldn't sleep. The renovations done to the cabin were not up to standards and code. The toilet was in a very crammed space; luckily my partner and I were small enough to fit. I wasn't able to prepare the meals I had planned due to the lack of cookware. We left the morning after our first night because we were so disappointed. I am on a very tight budget and I spent money that made it a struggle; which would have been justified had we had a good weekend. It was a birthday present for my boyfriend and was intended to help him relax and enjoy a weekend but instead, it was a stressful, uncomfortable stay that ended early.

My husband and I both grew up in Coeur d' Alene. We have 4 daughters and lots of animals on a little farm in Hayden. My husband bought this property from his grandmother when he was 19 years old. His grandmother raised her two sons (My husbands father, and his brother) right here in this little cabin. There bedroom was the shed! This has been in the family for a long time:) We are so grateful to get to share this beautiful spot with all our guests! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
