Condo is located on second floor and is literally steps from the beautiful blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Free trolley that takes you anywhere on the island. Grocery and restaurants very close. Condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Sarasota, 30 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, and 45 minutes to the Tampa Bay area. Island is quaint, 'old Florida' setting. Lots of boutique shops and local restaurants. Come enjoy, relax and watch the dolphins from this beautifully decorated Gulffront condo. This property is an amazing location, the beach was not busy and had what we needed to enjoy the beach! We saw dolphins and manatees! Perfect quick get away!

AMI vacation

This property has amazing access to the beach with fabulous views. I appreciated the extra touches like night lights, beach accessories, and water pitcher. The bathroom is dated, but otherwise everything is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy.

A Perfect Getaway

Beautiful view

This was a beautiful condo! It is just as described and directly on the beach. It had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. We rented a golf cart to get around the island, which was great. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Sad to go home!

Great sunset view

The best thing about this condo is the beach! Otherwise it wouldn’t be a great rental. The ocean might be warmer and cleaner than the shower and my hair felt sticky since I forgot my shampoo and there was zero provided. Overall, the beach was what we were there for and the weather was amazing!

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was clean with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, washer/dryer was great, everything we needed for the beach was provided. 4th of July getaway

We had a wonderful time, again, staying here. Had minor A/C issue that was promptly fixed with excellent communication with owner. This is our go to place to do a little remote working while enjoying the beach and sunsets! Always an amazing time and can’t wait to go back

Lovely condo

Can’t beat the view! Easy walk to historic Bridge St and other restaurants. Stairs up to unit were very narrow, but overall the unit is great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Calming beach views

The condo was in a perfect location for both the beach and in the town. It was exactly what we were looking for, with steps from the beach and beautiful ocean views right outside our door. We LOVED the chairs and table on the balcony, where we would sit at night to hear the waves and drink our coffee, doing the same, in the morning. Very clean condo and wonderful amenities too. Would recommend to anyone!
