Our stay was excellent! Close to the beach. Loved having the pool area. Walking distance to several restaurants. Short drive to shops, grocery store and amazing restaurants. Sunsets were phenomenal. The beach was not crowded and the water was calm and beautiful. Chill atmosphere … just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our apartment/condo was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed and loved our stay here! The host, Stephan, was very helpful in furnishing what was needed and what we couldn’t get, we found nearby at the stores. We enjoyed the stay! Comfortable beds, beach gear, pool was directly adjacent to the apartment. You could see pool to keep eyes on kiddos swimming from kitchen, but could also hear the noise from pool with one of the bedrooms facing pool area. It was a short walk to beach and had water hose out front to rinse sand. We got there a little before check in and had no issues getting inside. Location perfect.

Overall we had a nice stay and the home was in very good condition. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the bed sheets and shower but Stephan addressed the problem with the cleaning service. The nights were cooler but we couldn’t use the pool as the heater was not working. Stephan had the heater replaced and we were able to enjoy the pool later in the week.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and the layout was awesome. We had a family of five and everyone had plenty of room. The beds are very comfy and my teenagers really enjoyed the pool and the location. It was in walking distance to the beach and the bay. I’m met the owner and he was very nice. We didn’t have any issues at all with our stay. We will stay again next year if the property is open on the dates we need.

Absolutely seamless vacation thanks to Stephan! The unit was spotless upon arrival. You are literal steps from a great beach spot that isn’t over crowded. The pool is just the right size to cool off and kids can play. We rented a golf cart but with this location it’s not really necessary! 100% we will be back!

Took hours before host responded. If your looking for a quiet relaxing cottage this isn't for you! Construction going on directly next door (3 floors) and across the street. Cottage had a moldy odor which made me sick that I had to leave the cottage earlier than expected.

We had such an amazing stay at the St Maarten house. We are both seniors and we really love that the house is a short walk to the beautiful beach. My husband & I enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back. It is definitely our home away from home in Anna Maria Island. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The host, Stephan, was so kind & gracious. He gave us recommendations of great places to eat and things to do. But truly, the beach is so nice, all we did was swim, eat, sleep, repeat. We’ll be back. Hopefully, very soon.
