We had a wonderful time here! The unit was clean and ready for us, we were comfortable, and we enjoyed the coffee bar every morning. Being walking distance to downtown and a few beaches, and a short drive to wineries was awesome! Thank you!
We had a great time in the Traverse City area! We enjoyed our stay at the Condo, too! The accommodations were just what we needed. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us, and it was a family friendly space for the kids. We look forward to the next visit!
Our first time in Traverse City and it was a blast. The condo offered close proximity to downtown and quick drives to Torch Lake, Glen Arbor and surrounding places. Fully stocked coffee bar and a full kitchen made it a good place to unwind between days out. Also a hidden gem for vinyl collectors you’re a 2 minute walk from RPM Records! We will definitely be back!
This condo is very nice and the proximity to the tart trail is really great. The only problem we had with the location was that it backs up to a very, very busy road and makes the outdoor seating area less than ideal. There is a stoplight right near the building so traffic backs up and people are parked right outside your door practically. I like to sit outside and have my coffee so that wasn’t ideal for me. However, my little grandson did really love looking out at all of the trucks ha ha! They provide sound machines so you don’t hear the traffic and there are also fans there for white noise. The infrared sauna was amazing! The only thing I feel they need to work on is doing a better job with cleaning. The rugs were not washed and my grandson’s socks were black. It was definitely swept and wiped up, but not with a true mop.

I do not recommend staying here for two main reasons:1. The apartment is right next to (literally feet away from) a busy intersection. As a result, there was a lot of traffic noise at all hours.2. The property managers use manipulative tactics to preserve a positive rating. Their messages said things like 'the rating system is a little different on Vrbo...', implying that we should lower our standards and rate them positively, or message them privately with our concerns. But this review is not for them, it's for you, the person who's considering staying here. And in my opinion, you can find better options. We had other functional issues, such as the tv screen being damaged (dead pixels), the wobbly chairs, the overhead light being out in the bedroom, etc., but the noise is the main reason we'd look elsewhere next time.
Great location on the bike trail! Very comfortable condo. Bike storage was great!

1st floor location was great and bed comfortable. those are the only good things I can think of. This condo was filthy. Literally everything was covered in a thick layer of dust. Glass door so dirty it was hard to see through it. Floors were dirty. Kitchen cabinet handles were greasy and sticky and coffee bar sticky. Coffee makers dirty one was filled with stagnant water. Mildew behind kitchen faucet and inside the washing machine. Bar stools and ottoman stained. We spent two hours cleaning the condo before we were comfortable sitting down
We stayed here with another couple for a weekend. It was very convenient and clean. The coffee bar was great and it was so nice it was on the first floor. We will stay again.

Our trip was only 2 days, as part of a much larger trip and we didn't get the chance to use the sauna, but what a cool thing to have. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
We checked in at 6 pm and the unit wasn’t cleaned yet. We wanted to shower and change, but didn’t feel confident in cleanliness. We left, came back later, and the towels were in dryer, sweeper still plugged in, and I hope sheets were washed. Place was very dusty, floors and baseboards not very clean. Fridge door opens into the wall. Weirdest and grossest was pj pants hanging in bedroom window for some reason. Eww. Very loud road noise (super close to road). Dishes were still in dishwasher after cleaning. I should not have paid a cleaning fee at all.

Everything was amazing. Location is perfect. Prooerty is beautiful and comfortable. Communication was excellent and fast. We will be back as soon as possible!!
The unit was just as described. The host communicated all the necessary information before I needed it. And bonus.... we did not have to do laundry or dishes before we left!! Would definitely stay here again
I stayed with my husband and one year old, it was a great location, first floor easy entry, and comfortable and clean ammenities. The road noise did wake up my baby a couple of times.
Traverse City is a hip happening town. Condo amenities were fantastic and everything needed was available. Parking was right outside the door and only minutes from all the activities on the water and in town. Traffic outside the door was a bit loud during the day but possibly due to it being the start of the summer holiday.
We were in town for the Bayshore Marathon. This almost downtown condo was the perfect landing place for us. Close to downtown and close to the start/finish line of the race. The place was comfortable and cozy, super clean, and though small, we had plenty of space. We all enjoyed a nap on Saturday afternoon (even though I was the only one who ran 26.2 miles) on the comfortable beds. Host was responsive when we didn't realize they didn't give us the access code to the condo door, and we were inside in a snap. Because of location, cleanliness, and the responsiveness of the host when we couldn't get it, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
