Located in Central Eleuthera on a 3 acre beachfront lot this home features three bedrooms with beautiful en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers with rainheads, a modern kitchen with four appliances, a large patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and a cabana on the beach. A very private vacation experience on a beautiful private beach in the renowned Double Bay area.
Many amenities are located a short drive away in Governor's Harbour. The three airports located on Eleuthera offer plenty of travel options. The owner can provide rental car referrals with airport pick-up/drop-off.
Please note the third bedroom is on the lower level of the house, and is not accessed directly from inside the main house.

Can’t wait to return

An amazing restful stay for our family at Wish House. From waking up to the sunrise directly over the water in front of the house, to the empty wide beach during the day time, snorkeling on the 15-20 ft deep reefs full of sea life, to kayaking to the bird island sanctuary 1 mile offshore, to sitting on the open patio at night under an unending blanket of stars and the bright glow of the milky way galaxy while enjoying passing satellites and shooting stars, our family of 4 had an incredible memory filled week at Wish House! We were so sad to depart and can’t wait to return. The house met our expectations and fulfilled all the needs of our family of four. We have so many memories from our stay at Wish House.

Our family purchased this property in 2022; it will be used by us as a vacation home for a few weeks per year. A complete renovation of the house was completed in early 2023; we are anxious to welcome guests to a modern home with beautiful views and an amazing beach!
