About this property

Costa Blanca - Villa for 8 people with private pool near the sea

Close to the sea, Santa Pola, as well as the city of Alicante and near the airport, you will find a very nice quiet villa with private pool 9 x 5 and a wonderful idyllic garden of 2600 m2 with palm trees and tropical plants.

This villa was completely renovated in 2011. Linens, furniture and pool - everything is like new.

We do our best to make our guests feel at home and spend a dream vacation.

In the summer our gardener comes twice a week for the maintenance of the pool and the care of the garden, in the low season once a week.

For stays of 15 days, we change sheets and towels weekly.

We spent a really lovely 9 days here. The property exceeded our expectations, the house was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The ourtside area was lovely, we spent many hours enjoying the pool. I would highly recommend it and hope to return myself again. Amazing.

A fabulous Villa in a tranquil setting with glorious gardens and superb swimming pool. The property is tastefully furnished and very well thought out. Plenty of crockery, utensils etc and a brilliant gas bbq. Had the most wonderful time and could highly recommend it. It is in a remote location but the most beautiful place to rest in.

Enjoyed the property. It is impeccably landscaped. It is rural in location and requires a car to travel to Elche or Alicante. Highly secure, with a gated entrance and heavy bolts on the front door. Very pleasant property.

The property is of high standard.. absolutely gorgeous grounds and swimming pool.. air con works very well. Everything you need in the kitchen, plates,glasses etc and utensils..Laundry room containing washing machine, ironing board/iron , was very handy.. beds very comfortable, bathrooms great, ensuite has a hairdryer.. All communication was 1st class. Couldn't ask for better.Would recommend and stay again..(You do need a car if travelling, but ubers were very good and reasonably priced).

Perfect stay

A fantastic place to stay with everything that you could need and more. A really safe place for our 2 young children. Great communication with host and other point of contact in the area. Would love to go back to stay again.

Wonderful vacation house.

We have rented this property for the second time and are very pleased. It’s a spacious house with top facilities. The garden is also spacious and has a big pool. Everything is very clean and very well looked after.

Wonderful villa stay

Villa is excellent! It is well equipped and nicely decorated, with stunning terrace and pool. Situated in private and spacious grounds in a rural location just 15 minutes from the airport. Car is a must. Perfect for our family break. The owner is very helpful, great comms.

Large modern well equipped villa in a very peaceful rural location, excellent size pool with steps. Villa is situated in secure gated grounds, easy access to local amenities and excellent beaches at Santa Pola but car is essential If more than four adults could do with another umbrella round the pool but fantastic overall Would definitely come again

Amazing villa, extremely helpful host Birgit/Merche. A car is essential as nothing within walking distance. Lovely pool, larger than typical, plenty of space inside and out. Highly recommend.

Extremely nice villa, large and clean pool, very professional.

The villa is much more beautiful than can be seen in the photos. The villa is really beautiful and the pool is fantastic. The scenery around the villa is amazing. Birgit and Merche were really nice and friendly. Hope to stay there again later this year.

Great property , quiet peaceful location that makes a car a must. Property and surrounding gardens are absolutley beautiful , pool is a very welcome refuge from summer heat. Merche & Birgit wonderful hosts and very helpful.
